A control method includes receiving a detection result relating to a first event in a performance; changing a following degree in a middle of the performance to which a second event in the performance follows the first event; and determining an operating mode of the second event based on the following degree.

INTEGRATED KARAOKE DEVICE
20200118533 · 2020-04-16 ·

The present invention discloses an integrated karaoke device, including a microphone and a sound box. The sound box includes a sound chamber containing a loudspeaker. The integrated karaoke device further includes a connecting part made of flexible material that is fixedly connected between a bottom of the microphone and a top of the sound chamber. The use of a flexible material connecting part rather than a solid structural part reduces the transmission to the microphone of sound vibration generated by the sound box. The beneficial effect of implementing the present invention is that a flexible material connecting part is fixedly connected between the bottom of the microphone and the top of the sound chamber, and meanwhile, a gap is kept between the bottom of a printed circuit board (PCB) and the top of the sound chamber; and because the flexible material connecting part can effectively reduce sound vibration, the transmission of vibration to the microphone from the sound box can be effectively eliminated, thereby preventing squealing, and enabling integration of the microphone and the sound box for use in karaoke.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SUPPRESSING VOCAL TRACKS

The methods and systems described herein aid users by modifying the presentation of content to users. For example, the methods and systems suppress the dialogue track of a movie when the user engages with the content by reciting a line of the movie as it is presented to the user. Words spoken by the user are detected and compared with the words in the movie. When the user is not engaging with the movie by reciting the lines or humming tunes while watching the movie, the audio track of the movie is not modified. Content can be modified in response to engagement by a single user or by multiple users (e.g., each reciting lines of a different character in a movie). Accordingly, the methods and systems described herein provide increased interest in and engagement with content.

HARMONY GENERATION DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM

A harmony generation device and a program for the same which can generate a natural harmony sound are provided. The harmony generation device (1) generates first and second harmony tones to which a voice input through a microphone (M) is shifted in pitch by first and second shift amounts calculated based on both the voice input through the microphone (M) and a chord determined from performance information of an electric guitar (G) input through an input device (34). That is, since the first and second harmony tones can be tones based on the chord of the electric guitar (G) that changes from moment to moment, the harmony sound obtained by mixing the first and second harmony tones with the voice input through the microphone (M) can be a natural harmony sound that is rich in variation according to the chord of the electric guitar (G).

SINGING VOICE SYNTHESIS METHOD AND SINGING VOICE SYNTHESIS SYSTEM

Disclosed are a singing voice synthesis method and a singing voice synthesis system. The singing voice synthesis method includes: detecting a trigger for singing voice synthesis; reading out parameters according to a user who has input the trigger from a table in which parameters used for singing voice synthesis are recorded in association with the user; and synthesizing a singing voice by using the read-out parameters. The singing voice synthesis system includes: a detecting unit that detects a trigger for singing voice synthesis; a reading unit that reads out parameters according to a user who has input the trigger from a table in which parameters used for singing voice synthesis are recorded in association with the user; and a synthesizing unit that synthesizes a singing voice by using the read-out parameters.

Method and device for determining delay of audio

A method of determining an audio delay and a corresponding device are provided. The first audio data and second audio data are obtained. A first sub-fingerprint sequence of the first audio data and a second sub-fingerprint sequence of the second audio data is extracted. The first sub-fingerprint sequence includes at least one first sub-fingerprint and the second sub-fingerprint sequence includes at least one second sub-fingerprint. Processing circuitry determines similarity coefficients corresponding to similarities between the first sub-fingerprint sequence and the second sub-fingerprint sequence. The processing circuitry determines a matching level between the first sub-fingerprint sequence and the second sub-fingerprint sequence according to the similarity coefficients. The processing circuitry determines, according to the matching level, a delay of the second audio data relative to the first audio data. The method and device can improve calculation precision, thereby correspondingly improving a delay compensation effect, and alleviating a dual sound phenomenon.

TECHNIQUES FOR ANALYZING MULTI-TRACK AUDIO FILES
20200089465 · 2020-03-19 · ·

Techniques are provided for implementing multi-track audio analysis. In some instances, a plurality of audio tracks are received and combined into a single audio file. A collection of audio file characteristics are extracted from the single audio file. In some examples, the collection of audio file characteristics are associated with of the plurality of audio tracks and the single audio file. Audio characteristic edits are received for revising the collection of audio file characteristics. Metadata associated with each of the plurality of audio tracks and for the single audio file are updated based at least in part on the audio characteristic edits.

Music data processing method and program
10586520 · 2020-03-10 · ·

A music data processing method includes estimating a performance position within a musical piece, and updating a tempo designated by music data representing a performance content of the musical piece such that a tempo trajectory corresponds to a transition in a degree of dispersion of a performance tempo, which is generated as a result of estimating the performance position with respect to a plurality of performances of the musical piece, and the transition in the degree of dispersion of a reference tempo. The performance tempo is preferentially reflected in a portion of the musical piece in which the degree of dispersion of the performance tempo falls below the degree of dispersion of the reference tempo, and the reference tempo is preferentially reflected in a portion of the musical piece in which the degree of dispersion of the performance tempo exceeds the degree of dispersion of the reference tempo.

MUSIC CONTEXT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF REAL-TIME SYNCHRONIZATION OF MUSICAL CONTENT HAVING REGARD TO MUSICAL TIMING
20200074967 · 2020-03-05 ·

Due to discrepancies in musical timing signatures, the invention assesses whether a recorded displacement, expressed in terms of beats and fractions, between exit and entry points for a potential musical splice or cut, corresponds to permit a seamless music splicing of different musical sections. Assessment is achieved by establishing a third time base of pulses having a length dependent upon a lowest common multiple of fractions within respective bars for different sections, with the bars of the respective sections then partitioned into an equal number of fixed length pulses. A coefficient aligns different time signatures; it is a ratio between pulses within the different sections. The coefficient identifies corresponding locations of a cut point, related to a suitable anacrusis, in terms of respectively an aligned bar, beat, quaver and fraction in differing time signatures. The coefficient ensures that the time anacrusis in one time signature is interchangeable with others.
