Content control device and storage medium
A content control device includes: a plurality of controls to which a plurality of parameters for controlling properties of a content containing at least one of sound and video are respectively assigned, each of the plurality of controls outputting a first indicated value in accordance with an operation amount of the control; and a processor configured to previously create setting information used to determine respective values of the plurality of parameters in accordance with the second indicated value; determine the values of the plurality of parameters corresponding to the second indicated value respectively in accordance with the second indicated value and the setting information; and revise each of the values of the parameters to be determined in accordance with the first indicated value outputted for the control assigned to the parameter.
Arpeggiator, recording medium and method of making arpeggio
[Problem] To provide an arpeggiator enabling musically natural arpeggio playing to be achieved, and a program comprising a function therefor. [Solution] In the present invention, a synthesizer 1 resets the number of octaves in an octave counter memory 12d to zero at the beginning of each bar when an octave reset function is on. Due to this configuration, sounds generated at the beginning of each bar, that is, when the step count is 0, all have the same note number. Consequently, a sound generation timing-based cycle of an arpeggio pattern of each bar can be synchronized with a pitch variation-based cycle, making it possible to give a listener the impression that a consistent phrase is being played.
ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT, METHOD OF GENERATING MUSICAL SOUNDS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An electronic musical instrument includes a first memory storing a plurality of waveform data; and a second memory having a plurality of waveform buffer regions that respectively function as ring buffers, wherein one of a processor or a sound source executes the following: setting a plurality of threshold margin values respectively for the plurality of waveform buffer regions, at least some of the threshold margin values are different from each other; identifying, at a prescribed timing, among the plurality of waveform buffer regions, a waveform buffer region in which a waveform read margin calculated for said waveform buffer region reaches the threshold margin value set and assigned to said waveform buffer region; and stopping a sound that has been generated from the waveform data read from the waveform buffer region that is identified by the identified process.
