FILTER APPARATUS FOR A KITCHEN APPLIANCE AND KITCHEN APPLIANCE
A kitchen appliance for the preparation of food includes a filter apparatus. The filter apparatus filters steam generated during food preparation using the kitchen appliance.
METHOD FOR THE VIBRATION- AND NOISE-REDUCED OPERATION OF AN ELECTRIC-MOTOR DEVICE AND ELECTRIC-MOTOR DEVICE
A vibration and noise-reduced electric-motor device for an electrical household appliance or an electrical sliding roof. The invention includes a method for the vibration and noise-reduced operation of an electric-motor device. The electric-motor device has an electric-motor assembly, a main body, and a driven group of accessories. The electric motor assembly includes an electric motor, a control and evaluation unit, a data memory, a current regulator, a rotor angle sensor and a torque evaluator. The electric motor has a stator, a rotor and motor coils. In the method, a setpoint current stored in a value table in the data memory is applied to the motor coils in accordance with the rotor angle. The torque deviation resulting at the setpoint current, between the setpoint torque and the actual torque is determined, and an optimized new setpoint current value is calculated by interpolation and is written into the value table.
Blender and food processor combination with safety features
An appliance operable in a first configuration as a blender and in a second configuration as a food processor, with safety mechanisms that work for both configurations. In the blender configuration, the appliance has safety mechanisms in a blade attachment that function to prevent the motor from operating unless the blade attachment is properly secured to the motor base and a blender container is properly secured to the blade attachment. In the food processor configuration, the appliance has safety mechanisms that function to prevent the motor from operating unless a food processor container is properly secured to the motor base and a lid is properly secured to the food processor container.
FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Food processing apparatuses having a drive unit which has more than one mode of operation, works with more than one food processing container, and/or may be operated in more than orientation are disclosed. The drive unit may be operated in first and second modes of operation. In some embodiments, the drive unit may be actuated in a different manner in the second mode of operation as compared to the first mode of operation. In some embodiments, the orientation of the drive unit in the second mode of operation is vertically flipped upside-down as compared to the orientation of the drive unit in the first mode of operation.
BLENDER
The present invention relates to a blender comprising: a jar in which a blade module for grinding food is disposed; an outer case formed from a metal material and having an open bottom surface; an inner case formed from a plastic material, inserted through the open bottom surface of the outer case, and accommodated inside the outer case; a motor assembly mounted on the inner space of the inner case and for rotating the blade module; a mounting part protruding so as to pass through from the top surface of the inner case to the top surface of the outer case and having the jar mounted thereon; and a bottom cover covering the open bottom surface of the outer case.
LOCK MEMBER, ROTARY HEAD, ROTARY ASSEMBLY, SHAFT COUPLER, CONTAINER, AND FOOD PROCESSOR
A lock member includes a housing, a movement body, and an elastic member. The housing includes an open groove at an inner wall of the housing. A bottom of the open groove is provided with a movement surface. An end of the movement surface proximal to an opening of the open groove is a locking end, and an end of the movement surface distal to the opening of the open groove is an unlocking end. The movement body is provided in the open groove and moveable along the movement surface. The elastic member is provided in the open groove and configured to maintain the movement body at the locking end or the unlocking end of the movement surface.
BLENDER
The present disclosure relates to a blender including a main body including an outer case forming an outer appearance and an inner case configured to be received inside the outer case, a jar configured to be seated on the main body and provided with a blade device for crushing food, a motor assembly provided inside the inner case and configured to generate rotation power of the blade device, a main PCB device which is provided inside the inner case and on which a knob rotation shaft is mounted to input rotation of the knob rotation shaft, a knob assembly mounted on the knob rotation shaft and protruding outwardly through the outer case so that the operation of the knob assembly is manipulated by a user for operation manipulation of the motor assembly, and a supporter provided inside the inner case and supporting the main PCB device.
Non-contact magnetic coupler for food processing appliance having small brushless permanent magnet motor
A food processing appliance includes a container having a rotational processing assembly that includes an inner portion of a magnetic coupler. A base has a drive system for providing a rotational drive force. A drive rotor selectively transfers the rotational drive force to the magnetic coupler. The drive rotor includes a plurality of drive-magnetic members that form an outer portion of the magnetic coupler. The inner portion and outer portions of the magnetic coupler selectively and magnetically engage to form an engaged position. The engaged position is further defined by the inner portion being completely separated from the outer portion to define a gap therebetween.
SUGAR REDUCTION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
A food processing apparatus (10) is disclosed for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1). The food processing apparatus comprises a food processing compartment (30) including a blade arrangement (28) and a fluid release valve (37); a base (20) including a motor (22) arranged to drive the blade arrangement; a heating arrangement (40, 42) for heating a food product in the food processing compartment with steam, the heating arrangement comprising a water tank (40) in fluid communication with the food processing compartment (30) and a heating element (42) thermally coupled to said water tank and under control of said controller (60; and a controller (60) arranged to control the motor and the heating element. The controller is arranged to control the heating element such as to heat the food product in the food processing arrangement with steam for a defined period of time; and control the motor to blend the food product upon termination of the heating of the food product for said defined period of time and upon releasing steam condensate generated during the heating of the food product from the food processing compartment through said fluid release valve.
