AEROSOL PROVISION SYSTEMS
An aerosol provision system for generating aerosol for user inhalation is disclosed. The aerosol provision system comprises a replaceable part comprising a substrate providing aerosol generating material for generating the aerosol for user inhalation and a reusable part comprising: a housing including an interface configured to operatively engage with the replaceable part, and an air channel configured at least partially in the housing to provide a passage of air drawn by user inhalation to receive the aerosol generated from the aerosol generating material, a detector configured to detect the passage of air drawn through the air channel; at least one aerosol generating element disposed with respect to the interface and configured, in use, to generate aerosol from the aerosol generating material, and a control circuit configured to receive a signal from the detector indicating an amount of air drawn by the user and to control the at least one aerosol generating element to generate the aerosol selectively from different regions of the aerosol generating material in response to the amount of air drawn through the air channel.
VAPORIZER APPARATUS HAVING REVERSIBLE HEAD AND RELATED METHODS
The disclosure provides a vaporizer apparatus, comprising a head and a body. The body comprises a first electrical connector. The head comprises a second electrical connector and a mouthpiece portion with a suction opening. The head is attachable to the body in an operational position and is also attachable to the body in a non-operational position. In the second electrical connector engages the first electrical connector portion when the head is attached to the body in the operable position. The first electrical connector portion is at least partially received in the suction opening when the head is attached to the body in the non-operational position.

AEROSOL DELIVERING DEVICE AND AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE WITH THE SAME
An aerosol delivering device includes a case that is configured to accommodate an aerosol generating source and includes a discharge hole that is configured to discharge an aerosol generated by the aerosol generating source; a rotation body that is configured to rotate with respect to the case and includes a plurality of chambers sequentially arranged in a rotation direction, each of the plurality of chambers accommodating a medium and configured to pass the aerosol therethrough; and a position limiter that is configured to maintain a rotational position of the rotation body with respect to the case so that a position of at least one of the plurality of chambers corresponds to a position of the discharge hole.
INHALING DEVICE
This inhaling device is provided with: a first heating unit for heating an aerosol source contained in a first substrate; a second heating unit for heating an aerosol source contained in a second substrate to generate an aerosol that passes through the first substrate; and a control unit for performing control such that the amount of the aerosol generated by the second heating unit increases with increasing elapsed time from the start of heating by the first heating unit.
INHALING DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An inhaling device for producing an aerosol by using a first substrate and a second substrate, said inhaling device being equipped with a control unit for controlling the operation of a power supply unit which supplies the power for operation of the inhaling device on the basis of the combination of the first and second substrates.
AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE
An aerosol generating device includes a heater that heats an aerosol generating substrate, a temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the heater, and a controller that controls power supplied to the heater through a power signal such that the heater is heated within a preset temperature range, filters the power signal, and detects a user's puff based on the filtered power signal. Accordingly, the aerosol generating device according to the present disclosure may more accurately detect a user's puff.
Calibrated dose control
Methods and vaporizer apparatuses that estimate, measure and/or predict the amount of vapor and/or material (including active ingredients) released by the vaporizer apparatus. In particular, described herein are electronic vaporizers and methods of using them that determine a dose/amount of vapor and/or a material in the vapor based primarily or exclusively on the electrical and thermal properties, e.g., power or energy applied to the vaporizing element (e.g., heating coil) and the temperature of the material immediately before and as it is vaporized. Dose information may be used to control operation of the device and/or reported to the user.
