Music generator
Techniques are disclosed relating to determining composition rules, based on existing music content, to automatically generate new music content. In some embodiments, a computer system accesses a set of music content and generates a set of composition rules based on analyzing combinations of multiple loops in the set of music content. In some embodiments, the system generates new music content by selecting loops from a set of loops and combining selected ones of the loops such that multiple ones of the loops overlap in time. In some embodiments, the selecting and combining loops is performed based on the set of composition rules and attributes of loops in the set of loops.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING A PERSONALIZED USER ENVIRONMENT
A system and method of creating a personalized sounds and visuals environment to address a person's individual environment and state by receiving output from a plurality of sensors, the sensors detecting the activity of the user and the environment in which the user is active. Sounds and/or visuals to be transmitted to the user for listening and watching on the user's device are determined based on one or more of the sensor outputs, a user profile, a user mode, a user state, and a user context. The determined sounds and/or visuals are transmitted and presented to the user, and the determined sounds and/or visuals are automatically and dynamically modified in real time based on changes in the output from one or more of the plurality of sensors and/or changes in the user's profile.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMIZED AMPLIFICATION OF AUDITORY SIGNALS PROVIDING ENHANCED KARAOKE EXPERIENCE FOR HEARING-DEFICIENT USERS
Disclosed herein are method, system, and computer program product embodiments for performing the continuous tuning of received audio input from an earpiece or microphone especially customized for karaoke singing, wherein the audio input may be mixed with user-selected song input, and the joint mixed input is independently altered in the frequency domain for output to an earpiece worn by a user as well as separately for an additional audio output to an external connected speaker, for an optimal karaoke experience.

Interaction system, apparatus, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium
An interaction system that provides an interaction interface comprising: a computer and a device that obtains information, wherein the computer stores information for managing data in which a type of a second feature value is associated with a listening pattern that defines a tendency of a response action performed by the interaction interface on a user; calculates a first feature value that is an index for evaluating a change in state during speech by the user on the basis of information obtained by the device; calculates second feature values on the basis of the first feature value; selects a target second feature value from among the second feature values; selects the listening pattern corresponding to the target second feature value; and generates output information for controlling the interaction interface on the basis of the selected listening pattern.
Environment Awareness System for Experiencing an Environment Through Music
An environment awareness system includes a memory and first and second modules. The memory is configured to store environmental data, one or more music composition templates, and one or more maps, where the environmental data is indicative of at least one of a state, condition, or change in an environment in which the environment awareness system is located. The first module is configured to receive and store the environmental data in the memory. The second module is configured to: based on the one or more music composition templates and the one or more maps, convert the environmental data to a music signal including modifying variables in the one or more music composition templates based on the environmental data; and based on the music signal, play out a musical composition via an audio system to audibly indicate the at least one of the state, condition, or change in the environment.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING AND OUTPUTTING MUSIC
The subject matter discloses a system implemented on in a mobile electronic device, the system comprising a processing system of the device; and a memory that contains instructions comprising: detecting ambient sounds in the vicinity of the mobile electronic device; determining at least one property selected from a group consisting of a relative direction and relative distance of the ambient sounds relative to the mobile electronic device; analyzing the detected ambient sounds; outputting audio Interactive Music data based on the analysis of the ambient sounds and based on at least one of a relative direction and relative distance of the ambient sounds relative to the mobile electronic device; wherein said outputting is performed on the mobile electronic device.
Electrically enabled sound post for stringed musical instruments
A sound post assembly for a musical instrument, comprising two or more mechanically movable parts that allow for a length adjustment of the sound post assembly and one or more electrical components. In an example embodiment, the electrical components are configured to electrically measure the force exerted by the sound post on the upper and lower walls of the instrument's sound box. In some embodiments, the electrical components may operate to mechanically change the length of the sound post assembly through an electrical actuator, such as a piezo-electric actuator or an electro-magnetic motor. Also disclosed are example safety mechanisms and methods of wiring and interfacing said sound post assembly with a control unit.
Enhancing artificial reverberation in a noisy environment via noise-dependent compression
A system for enhancing artificial reverberation in a noisy listening space includes a sensor configured to generate a signal indicating a current noise level in a listening space, a loudspeaker configured to output sound in the listening space based on an output signal, and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to execute instructions to: generate an artificial reverberation signal based on a source signal and a response of a listening space, wherein the artificial reverberation signal includes a first low output-level portion having output levels that are below a compression threshold level and a first high output-level portion having output levels that are above the compression threshold level; generate a compressed artificial reverberation signal based on the artificial reverberation signal by increasing the output levels of the low output-level portion by a first magnitude and increasing the output levels of the high output-level portion by less than the first magnitude; and combine the compressed artificial reverberation signal with the source signal to form an output signal for the listening space.
