A removable handle for a cooking utensil is provided. The removable handle includes a proximal end including a gripping surface, a distal end including a plurality of tines, and an elongated shaft extending from the proximal end to the distal end and being bent so that the distal end including the plurality of tines are oriented at an angle that is greater than 45.

The removable gripping device for an ear-shaped holding member of a kitchen utensil includes a case with a housing in the form of a slit with a height to at least partially accommodate the latter by nesting and with functional play. The case also has a latch able to occupy at least a locked position and an unlocked position in order, depending on the case, to block or free the removable gripping device on this holding member. A device for fastening a handle to cookware or bakeware having a support piece protruding outward from the cookware or bakeware wall. The handle is detachably snapped onto the support piece, and has a frontal recess, and a spring element retained in the recess acting on a latching element of the. When the handle is snapped onto the support piece, an actuation element activates the spring element. The support piece has a fork element clamped in the recess of the handle at the surface parallel to its base and is supported on a support surface in an operating position.

A cookware article includes a container, a fixed handle, and a removable handle. The fixed handle is mounted on a side wall of the container. The fixed handle has an opening for the removable handle to insert. A fixed portion and a grip portion are formed on two sides of the opening respectively. The removable handle has a grip segment and an engaging segment. The engaging segment has a first abutting portion, a second abutting portion, and a connecting portion between the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion. When the removable handle is engaged with the fixed handle through the engagement segment, the connecting portion is inserted in the opening so that the first abutting portion is abutted against the fixed portion, the second abutting portion is abutted against the grip portion. A utility pan handle is provided, comprising a base body, a lower jaw, an upper jaw, a handle, a pivot pin, and a bottle. The lower jaw is pressed on an outer brim edge portion of an external container from outside. The upper jaw clips on an inner brim edge portion of the external container from inside. The handle extends vertically from the upper jaw and has an overall L-shape. The pivot pin is installed rotatably through holes disposed though the middle portion of the base body and a connecting portion of the handle and the upper jaw. The bottle engages the second end portion of the base body vertically to the base body and substantially in parallel to the handle. The upper and lower jaws open and close about the pivot pin by closing and opening the handle against the bottle, gripping the brim edge of the external container.

A malleable handle for use in conjunction with a cooking device (or integral to the cooking device) may include an outer surface adapted to conform to a user's hand(s) during use. A user may grasp the malleable handle with his/her hand(s) and the pressure from the user's grip may deform the malleable handle thereby creating an ergonomically-shaped handle customized to the user's hand(s).

The invention relates to a handle for a cooking vessel or lid that includes at least one thermoelectric generator. The invention is characterized in that the handle has a releasable locking device and the thermoelectric generator has at least one first contact surface thermally connected to a thermal coupling part that comes into contact under stress with a portion of the cooking vessel or lid when the releasable locking device of the handle is in a locked position on the cooking vessel or lid.

Disclosed herein is a handle system comprising in one example: a grasping portion configured to be grasped by a user, the grasping portion also comprising a connecting end removably attached to a connector; the connecting end of the grasping portion comprising a fixed catch configured to mount the grasping portion to the connector so as to substantially maintain position of the grasping portion relative to the connector; the grasping portion comprising an inner surface forming a latch cavity; a pivot fulcrum within the latch cavity; a latch lever having an engagement portion, a catch portion, a fulcrum rest configured to maintain position of the latch lever on the pivot fulcrum; a button external of the grasping portion, the button configured to be actuated by a user; the button removably connected to the latch lever, wherein actuating the button rotates the latch lever, releasing the latch lever from the connector; and a biasing member biasing the latch lever to a latching position.
