ADAPTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION FOR MOBILE RADIOGRAPHY SYSTEM
A mobile x-ray system having an x-ray source and an electronic control system for firing of the x-ray source includes a sound cancellation system. A microphone is used to detect incoming sound waves and a speaker is used to emit a canceling audio signal to defeat the detected incoming sound waves. The canceling audio signal destructively interferes with the incoming sound waves to attenuate or cancel at least portion of the detected incoming sound waves.
System for spectral shaping of vehicle noise cancellation
The present disclosure is directed to a system and a method for spectral shaping of vehicle noise cancellation. In an example implementation, the method includes determining a center frequency of an expected tonal peak within a selected noise band based upon vehicle data, generating a noise cancellation signal using a weighted shaping filter to shape the noise band, and outputting the noise cancellation signal to smooth the expected tonal peak.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR A LOW COST, ACOUSTIC TIRE CAVITY RESONANCE CANCELLATION
A sensor is configured to infer a rotational speed of a tire of a vehicle. A frequency generator is configured to synthesize frequencies of a tire cavity resonance according to the rotational speed of the tire to generate a sense signal. An active noise control filter is configured to generate an antinoise signal from the sense signal. A loudspeaker configured to convert the antinoise signal into antinoise and to radiate the antinoise to a listening position. The antinoise signal is configured so that the antinoise reduces sound of the tire cavity resonance at the listening position.
AUDIO DATA PROCESSING METHOD, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
An audio data processing method, an electronic device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes: obtaining a current audio-playback mode of the audio playback device; in response to the current audio playing mode being an active noise cancellation mode, obtaining an ambient sound, performing characteristic analysis on an ambient sound signal at a first preset frequency band, and obtaining a first low-frequency (LF) signal characteristic value of the ambient sound; performing characteristic analysis on an audio signal played by the audio playback device at a second preset frequency band, and obtaining a second LF signal characteristic value of the audio signal; and adjusting a feedback noise-reduction parameter of the audio playback device based on the second LF signal characteristic value, in response to the first LF signal characteristic value being greater than a first preset threshold value.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A FAST-ACTING ENGINE ORDER CANCELLATION
In at least one embodiment, an active noise cancellation (ANC) system is provided. The ANC system includes at least one loudspeaker, at least one microphone and at least one controller. The at least one loudspeaker projects anti-noise sound within a cabin of a vehicle based at least on an anti-noise signal. The at least one microphone provides an error signal indicative of noise and the anti-noise sound within the cabin. The at least one controller is programmed to receive the error signal and a reference signal indicative of a gear shift that occurs over a predetermined time interval and to adapt at least one adaptive filter with pre-stored filter coefficients for the predetermined time interval to generate the anti-noise signal based at least on the error signal and the reference signal.

Bandlimiting anti-noise in personal audio devices having adaptive noise cancellation (ANC)
A personal audio device, such as a wireless telephone, includes noise canceling that adaptively generates an anti-noise signal from a reference microphone signal and injects the anti-noise signal into the speaker or other transducer output to cause cancellation of ambient audio sounds. An error microphone is provided proximate the speaker to measure the output of the transducer in order to control the adaptation of the anti-noise signal and to estimate an electro-acoustical path from the noise canceling circuit through the transducer. The anti-noise signal is adaptively generated to minimize the ambient audio sounds at the error microphone. A processing circuit that performs the adaptive noise canceling (ANC) function also filters one or both of the reference and/or error microphone signals, to bias the adaptation of the adaptive filter in one or more frequency regions to alter a degree of the minimization of the ambient audio sounds at the error microphone.
