A communication system includes a vehicle communication assembly connected to a vehicle, including a transmitter and a receiver, and configured to wirelessly communicate with a remote entity, and a processing device and a memory coupled to the processing device. The memory includes computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processing device, cause the processing device to receive a wireless signal including a speech communication from the remote entity at the receiver, analyze the wireless signal by a speech recognition module to identify the speech communication, and recognize a known directive within the speech communication based on stored contextual information. The instructions also cause the processing device to, based on recognizing the known directive, present a textual representation of the known directive to a user of the vehicle, and determine that the processing device correctly recognized the known directive based on detecting an input from the user verifying the known directive.
Systems and methods to verify values input via optical character recognition and speech recognition
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for data input with multi-format validation. The method may include receiving data input via a microphone mounted on a user device and receiving the data input via a camera mounted on the user device. Additionally, the method may include comparing the data input via the microphone and the data input via the camera and determining whether the comparison of the data input exceeds a predetermined confidence level. Additionally, the method may include storing the data input, upon determining that the comparison of the data input exceeds the predetermined confidence level and presenting to the user a notification of validation upon determining that the comparison of the data input does not exceed the predetermined confidence level. Additionally, the method may include receiving from the user a validation of the data input based on the notification of validation and storing the data input based on the validation of the data input.

Disclosed is an electronic apparatus which identifies utterer characteristics of an uttered voice input received; identifies one utterer group among a plurality of utterer groups based on the identified utterer characteristics; outputs a recognition result among a plurality of recognition results of the uttered voice input based on a voice recognition model corresponding to the identified utterer group among a plurality of voice recognition models provided corresponding to the plurality of utterer groups, the plurality of recognition results being different in recognition accuracy from one another; identifies recognition success or failure in the uttered voice input with respect to the output recognition result; and changes a recognition accuracy of the output recognition result in the voice recognition model corresponding to the recognition success, based on the identified recognition success in the uttered voice input.
Providing extended information within a digital assistant response
One embodiment provides a method, comprising: receiving, at a digital assistant of an information handling device, a query from a user; providing, using the digital assistant, a response to the query; determining, during provision of the response, interest of the user in a topic contained within the response; and providing, based on the interest, extended information related to the topic. When the first user speech is a speech that contains information regarding the user's experience, the humanoid robot (50) presents a second system speech to elicit information regarding the user's evaluation of the user's experience. The microphone (11) accepts a second user speech spoken by the user (101) after the second system speech has been spoken. When the second user speech is a speech that contains the user's positive or negative evaluation, the humanoid robot (50) presents a third system speech to sympathizes with the positive or negative evaluation.

Systems and methods for handling contextual queries
Systems and methods for facilitating contextual queries based on media samples automatically captured by a computing device are disclosed herein. A server receives from a computing device over a communication network, a media sample of a media asset automatically captured by the computing device. The server obtains contextual information corresponding to the captured media sample. The server stores the media sample in a memory indexed by the contextual information. The server receives, from the computing device over the communication network, a query that includes a criterion but lacks an identifier of the media asset. The server identifies the media sample in the memory by matching the query criterion to the contextual information. The server generates a reply to the query based on the identifying of the media sample and communicates the reply to the computing device over the communication network.

Exemplary implementations may: effectuate presentation of a graphical user interface that includes a note, the note including note sections, the note sections including a first note section, the individual note sections including body fields; obtain user input from the client computing platform, the user input representing an indication to edit a first body field of the first note section; obtain audio information representing sound captured by an audio section of the client computing platform, the audio information including value definition information specifying one or more values to be included in the individual body fields; perform speech recognition on the audio information to obtain a first value; and populate the first body field with the first value so that the first value is included in the first body field.
