A safety shower including, a portable shower enclosure having a ceiling, a floor and a plurality of walls. The shower enclosure may also include a shower compartment and a water tank compartment positioned above the shower compartment. The water tank compartment may house a water tank, configured to retain water, that is fluidically connected to a showerhead that is positioned within the shower compartment, such that the showerhead can dispense water from the water tank. A heating system may be located in the shower compartment and configured to raise the temperature of ambient air within the shower compartment and raise the temperature of water stored in the water tank, and the heating system may include at least one heating element.

A kit for manufacturing a shower, comprising a shower pan, one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some of the embodiments, one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels. The invention is also directed to a method for manufacturing a shower by the steps of: (i) installing a shower pan, (ii) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, (iii) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some of the embodiments, (iv) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels. The invention is also directed to a manufactured shower, comprising: a shower pan, one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some embodiments, one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels.

The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.

The invention includes a low profile shower stall that can be installed in low profile minivans, vans, and other recreational vehicles. It also provides a mean to deliver water both in a container or from a tank less water heater. The user can take a hot shower comfortably by sitting on a seat. It can also be used as a portable bathtub. It can be made as a single unit enclosure by plastic injection molding or by 3D printing or other similar technologies. This low profile shower stall can also be installed in hostels, motels, or dwellings that need low profile.
