HEATING DEVICE

A heating device, used for heating an aerosol generating substrate to form an aerosol, comprises a heating body, wherein the heating body comprises a base body configured to have a chamber for receiving at least part of the aerosol generating substrate and further comprises an infrared radiation coating formed on the outer surface of the chamber and used for generating infrared rays after a temperature rise and transmitting energy to the aerosol generating substrate in the chamber at least in an infrared radiation manner, so that at least one component in the aerosol generating substrate is volatilized to form an aerosol, wherein the surface roughness of the outer surface of the chamber is greater than the surface roughness of the inner surface of the chamber. A rough surface is formed at an interface between the outer surface of the base body and the infrared electrothermal coating.

Methods and apparatus for reclaiming oil from vaporizer cartridges and filling vaporizer cartridges are disclosed herein. An example apparatus includes a plate having a top side, a bottom side opposite the top side, and a plurality of openings extending through the plate between the top side and the bottom side. A portion of respective ones of the openings is sized to receive a vaporizer cartridge such that the vaporizer cartridge can be inserted in an upside-down orientation into the opening. The plate also has a shoulder formed in respective ones of the openings to be engaged by a top end of the vaporizer cartridge and to support the vaporizer cartridge.

The syringe station consists of a heated vessel, and a heated pneumatically operated syringe. The syringe system can be used in this configuration and can also be used as part of a larger, fully automated filling machine without limiting the scope of the present invention. The syringe system works well with viscous liquids.
