The present invention relates to a cover assembly that is attachable to a bathtub to reduce water spilling to areas outside the bathtub. In one embodiment, the cover assembly comprises a protective section and a flexible extended segment. The protective section comprises at least a front structure configured to help provide protection to an individual from physical impacts against the bathtub. The flexible extended segment is disposed adjacent the protective section and comprises a first surface and a second surface. The flexible extended segment is disposable into and out of an expanded orientation and a constricted orientation. The protective section and the flexible extended segment are collectively disposable into and out of an operative orientation and an inoperative orientation. The operative orientation comprises the flexible extended segment being disposed in the constricted orientation and attached to at least a portion of an inner surface of the bathtub.

A channel extends the length of the track. A flexible elastomeric strip is mounted in the channel and bends when the user applies a horizontal force to the elastomeric strip to prevent injury or discomfort to the user.

The invention includes a shower hob apparatus, a method of constructing a shower hob, and a shower hob, for at least one side of a shower cubicle. The shower hob apparatus includes a base portion and a screen retaining portion. The base portion is affixed to a floor surface and has a waterproof layer applied thereon. Tile bedding and tiles may then be constructed on top of the base portion. The resultant shower hob is formed as part of a tiled floor, and provides a relatively strong and low profile shower hob compared to previous shower hobs.

Method of assembling a shower door sealing assembly

A method of assembling a shower door sealing assembly includes inserting a bumper into a channel that extends along an outer perimeter of at least one vertical side of a door frame having two vertical sides and a horizontal side that extends between the vertical sides. The bumper is coupled to the door frame via a friction fit between the channel and the bumper. The method also includes installing the door frame within a showering enclosure in an orientation in which the vertical sides of the door frame are parallel to a wall of the showering enclosure and the at least one horizontal side is parallel to a floor of the showering enclosure.

The water is redirected to one side of the chair by the first landing on a water shield which is inclined and causes the water to flow towards the front of the chair. Water reaching the front of the water shield flows into a cylindrical member located at the front of the water shield. The cylindrical member is canted with respect to horizontal and cause the water to flow to a side of the chair.
