A guide assembly for a sliding shower door is provided with a bracket sized to be fastened to a shower door opening. The bracket has a first lengthwise retainer. A guide assembly for a sliding shower door is provided with a bracket sized to be fastened to a shower door opening. The bracket has a first lengthwise retainer. A guide with a second lengthwise retainer is sized to be retained by the first lengthwise retainer of the bracket. The guide has at least one channel formed therein and is sized to receive a shower door pane within the channel for translation of the shower door pane relative to the guide.

A shower door assembly is provided with a shower door pane, and a track with a side opening. A pair of wheels is mounted for rotation upon the shower door pane. Each of the pair of wheels is sized to be received in the track for translation along the track. A diameter of each of the pair of wheels is greater than a vertical dimension of the side opening to prevent removal of the pair of wheels from the track while in a vertical orientation, and to permit the pair of wheels to be removed in an angled orientation.

A shower door assembly is provided with a shower door pane, and a track with a side opening. A pair of wheels is mounted for rotation upon the shower door pane. Each of the pair of wheels is sized to be received in the track for translation along the track. A diameter of each of the pair of wheels is greater than a vertical dimension of the side opening to prevent removal of the pair of wheels from the track while in a vertical orientation, and to permit the pair of wheels to be removed in an angled orientation.

A shower-screen retraction system (10) for providing a temporary, self-retracting and self-cleaning barrier for a bath or a shower, comprises a screen-mounting support member (12) having a biasing means (26) and a housing (19). A screen (16) has a first screen end (62a), associated with the screen-mounting support member (12), and a second screen and (62b) opposite to the first screen end (62a). The housing (19) is an irregular polygon in cross-section into accomodate a screen-wiper (46) whilst optimising an internal volume to avoid impingement of the screen (16) once furled.
