A hand sanitizing system, bracelet applicator apparatus, dispensing system, refill system, and method of use are presented. The bracelet disinfectant system ejects a predetermined amount of sanitizing solution onto the palm of the user. The ejection of the solution can be completed without removing the bracelet from the wrist of the user. The system provides a disinfectant bracelet and refillable system that can be caused to eject a sanitizing solution from the system to the palm of a user. The system provides a user quick and easy ejection of a predetermined amount of solution onto a single palm and still have both hands free to rub the solution into their hands and/or onto another surface—so as to make the surface disinfected.

System and Method of Dispensing Liquid Sanitizer with One Hand
A system and method for dispensing liquid sanitizer from a wearable vessel with one hand is disclosed. The invention is comprised of a hollow, flexible vessel with a combination hinged fill cap and dispenser head as well as an external fill bottle. The wearable vessel can be worn on a wrist, arm etc. An object of the invention is to allow sanitizing liquid to be quickly available to a user at any time. Sanitizer is dispensed from the device when a user squeezes the band which dispenses small droplets of the liquid under pressure only when needed from a self-sealing aperture.
FLUID APPLICATION SYSTEM WITH INTEGRAL DISPENSING TUBE
A portable fluid dispensing device (system) for mounting upon a human hand and for dispensing a fluid is provided. The device includes a hand-held applicator that includes a pocket that is configured to receive one hand of a user. The pocket partitions the hand-held applicator into a rear portion and a front portion. The rear portion includes a fluid reservoir for holding a fluid that is to be dispensed. The front portion is defined by a foam layer that has a dispensing hole, with the pocket being defined between the rear portion and the foam layer. The device further includes a pump subassembly that is in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and includes an elongated fluid dispensing outlet that is disposed within the pocket and attached to an inner surface of the foam layer. The fluid dispensing outlet defines a fluid channel and includes an outlet that is aligned with the dispensing hole for delivering the fluid to an outer surface of the foam layer.
APPARATUS THAT ATTACHES TO MOBILE ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND DISTRIBUTES SANITIZER/DISINFECTANTS
A piggybacking apparatus for mobile devices is provided. The piggybacking apparatus may be dimensioned and adapted to removably attach to the surface area of a mobile electronic device, such as a smart phone, in a generally coextensive manner. The piggybacking apparatus may provide a pouch for retrievably storing fluid and semifluid product that a user wants handy when they are handling the mobile electronic device, Through a conduit the user may urge the product from the pouch when and where desired. The piggybacking apparatus may also provide attachment points along a periphery thereof for operatively associating with the mobile electronic device in the coextensive manner, or alternatively to a case of the mobile electronic device, or even in between the two.

The head is equipped with a tube and a button for acting on the diaphragm and deforming it for dispensing. The button has a pressure surface for a user's dispensing action. Dispenser System
A system for dispensing a personal care fluid, such as a hand soap or the like. The system includes a dispenser and a refill cartridge. The dispenser includes a dispenser body having a refill cavity and a dispenser lid configured to be coupled to the dispenser body. There may be a pump sub-system mounted to the dispenser lid, or alternatively the personal care fluid may be dispensed by squeezing the dispenser and refill cartridge. The refill cartridge is configured for slidable insertion into and removal from the refill cavity of the dispenser body. The personal care fluid system is designed so that a user can readily and easily change out/replace the refill cartridge for use with a common dispenser, dispenser lid, and pump sub-system.
