HAND SANITIZING STATION
A hand sanitizing station includes a conduit in fluid communication with a source of sanitizer, the conduit having a fluid outlet. In addition, the hand sanitizing station includes a valve coupled to the conduit and configured to control the volume of sanitizer that exits the fluid outlet, the valve having a control arm. Further, the hand sanitizing station includes a pedal, and a cable connected between the pedal and the control arm of the valve and configured to move the control arm when the pedal is depressed and open the valve a predetermined amount. Movement of the pedal from a first position to a second position causes sanitizer to flow by gravity from the conduit and out of the fluid outlet, and movement of the pedal from the second position back to the first position closes the valve.
Product level detection apparatuses and systems for fluid dispensers
A fluid dispenser, such as a skincare product dispenser, comprises a dispenser housing configured to hold a reservoir of fluid for dispensing and a drive assembly for interacting with the reservoir and causing dispensing of the fluid. A fluid detection sensor is positioned within the dispenser housing proximate the reservoir and configured to detect a capacitance level therein. A controller is configured to determine, based on data from the fluid detection sensor, a change in the fluid level across a dispense. The controller is also configured to determine, based on the determined change, that the fluid level in the reservoir reaches a threshold level and cause an action, such as providing an alert, sending information to a remote server, or modifying an operating parameter.
Fluid dispensing apparatus and method
A fluid dispensing apparatus is provided for dispensing fluids and objects without requiring use of hands. The fluid dispensing apparatus may include a body, footing, pedal, actuation rod, platform, dispensing object, container, container lid, sign member, and bolt. A method for dispensing fluids and objects without requiring use of hands using the fluid dispensing apparatus is also provided.
DISPENSERS AND DISPENSER SYSTEMS FOR SECURELY CONTROLLING A PLURALITY OF DOSE SIZES
An exemplary touch-free soap, sanitizer or lotion dispenser includes a housing, a movable cover, a processor, memory, a refill receptacle for receiving a refill container of fluid, and a variable output control card receptacle. The variable output control card receptacle is located proximate the refill receptacle such that when a refill unit is inserted in the refill receptacle, a variable output control card cannot be inserted or removed from the variable output control card receptacle. The dispenser further includes a reader for placing the processor in circuit communication with a variable output control card and in circuit communication with a refill unit data tag. In addition, the dispenser includes a sensor for sensing an object, a variable output control card and a removable and replaceable refill unit. The data tag is secured to the refill unit and the VOC card includes data on the variable output control card for setting the dispenser output volume.
SHOWERHEAD ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED SOAP-SHAMPOO RESERVOIR
An improved showerhead assembly is provided for facilitating the application of soap or shampoo upon a bather. The showerhead assembly is preferably handheld and includes an elongate handle, and a showerhead including a face having one or more nozzles for spraying water. In addition, the showerhead assembly includes a detachable reservoir for storing soap or shampoo. Preferably, the reservoir is detachable from the showerhead by a threaded coupling in which the reservoir includes male threads which can be capped. Preferably, the showerhead assembly includes a controller for allowing one to selectively dispense shampoo or soap from within the reservoir into the stream of water which is ejected from the showerhead nozzles.
Dispenser with contaminant sensor
A fluid dispenser including a contaminant sensor and methods of use of such a fluid dispenser to monitor contaminants either alone or in an array of similar dispensers within a facility.
MOBILE DISPENSING STATION AND METHOD FOR USING SAME
Disclosed herein are a mobile dispensing device and station for dispensing a sanitizing agent. In one aspect, a mobile dispending station can include a container base configured to releasably secure a container, the container base comprising a base housing and a securing mechanism for releasably securing the container in the housing; and a dispenser column comprising: a dispenser system including a dispenser head and switch or pedal, the dispenser system in fluid communication with the container and configured to selectively dispense a predetermined volume of the sanitizing agent from within the container and through the dispenser head, the switch or pedal configured to selectively dispense the sanitizing agent upon activation or actuation, and a column housing for containing the dispenser system. Also disclosed herein are methods of using the disclosed devices and stations.
Refilling systems, refillable containers and method for refilling containers
Exemplary sanitary soap refilling systems and methods are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill refilling system includes a housing, a pump located within the housing, and a bulk storage tank connector. The bulk storage tank connector having a liquid outlet and an air inlet. A liquid inlet conduit is in fluid communication with the pump the liquid outlet. A refill connector is included. The refill connector has a liquid inlet and an air outlet. The refill connector air outlet and the bulk storage tank connector air inlet are in fluid communication with one another. The refill liquid inlet is in fluid communication with the pump.
Soap dispensing apparatus
A soap dispenser includes a spout; a controller; a barcode scanner electrically connected to the controller; a power supply electrically connected to the controller; and a soap reservoir including a label having a barcode containing information including a set count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir and a current count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir. The spout includes an electromagnetic switch, an infrared sensor, and a pump in fluid communication with the soap reservoir and electrically connected to the electromagnetic switch respectively. The barcode scanner scans the barcode and sends same to the controller for storage. The controller compares the set count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir with the current count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir prior to activating the pump. After the pumping, the controller increases the current count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir by one.
HYGIENE SYSTEM
Hygiene systems are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the hygiene systems include sanitizing products (e.g., wipes and/or sanitizer) and personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, masks, and/or gowns).
