11440040 · 2022-09-13 ·

A standalone pedal sprayer is an apparatus that dispenses a solution. The apparatus serves as a free-standing dispenser that facilitates the retrieval of a solution such as hand sanitizer, alcohol, and the like. The apparatus includes a sprayer housing, a foot pump, a supply tubing, and a nozzle. The sprayer housing is vertically oriented and positions the nozzle within hands-reach of a user. The sprayer housing also serves as a reservoir for a solution and is refillable. The foot pump dispenses the solution within the sprayer housing and out of the nozzle. The apparatus further includes a pedal shield that protects a rubber cap of the foot pump from being damaged. In order to provide access into the sprayer housing for refill, the sprayer housing further includes a refill cover and a cam lock. The cam lock prevents any unauthorized solutions or materials from entering into the sprayer housing.

An air-assisted, gravity feed amenity fluid dispensing system suitable for use with personal care fluids. The system may be embodied in a fluid dispenser including a support structure attachable to a support surface such as a wall and an openable canister supported by the support structure. The canister defines an internal cavity configured for inserting a recyclable container pre-packaged with the personal care fluid, and a fluid dispensing mechanism including an air pump configured to pressurize and dispense the fluid from the container through a dispensing hole in the canister. The air pump may be manually-operated in one embodiment to pump air into the container and dispense fluid each time a user depresses an actuator button. The personal care fluid may alternatively be filled directly into the canister without use of an insertable fluid container. Plural canisters each containing different fluids may be supported by the support structure.

A hand sanitizing station apparatus for convenient zero contact sanitization includes a basin coupled to a housing. A misting tip is coupled to the basin through a tip aperture. A head of the misting tip has a release aperture to create a mist. A feeder tube is coupled to the misting tip and a tank is coupled to the feeder tube and contains pressurized hand sanitizer. A release valve is coupled to the feeder tube between the tank and the misting tip. A motion sensor is coupled to the basin and is in operational communication with the release valve to allow flow of the pressurized hand sanitizer through to the release aperture of the misting tip when a user's hands are placed within the basin.

MULTI-PHASE SHAMPOO COMPOSITION WITH AN AESTHETIC DESIGN

A hand sanitizer dispensing device and method of dispensing sanitizing fluid are disclosed. The device may be mounted to the stem of a scooter or to the tubes of a bicycle frame. The device has an outer shell, an inner pod that holds a bag of sanitizing fluid, and a top cover that secures the inner pod to the outer shell. A pump/nozzle assembly communicates with an actuator to selectively dispense the fluid. Manual activation is achieved by pulling on a lever of the actuator. Automatic activation is achieved by placing the hand(s) under the dispenser whereby a sensor senses the presence of a hand(s) to dispense the fluid. The device communicates wirelessly with a mobile communication device application allowing the user to purchase use of the dispensing device. User interfaces on the mobile communication device guide the user to execute the purchase and to unlock the device for use.

LOCKING BASE FOR DISPENSERS AND THE LIKE
20220065393 · 2022-03-03 · ·

Personal use articles such as dispensers are inconspicuously locked and unlocked to a base unit with a mechanical or magnetic key. A projection extends downwardly from the bottom surface of each article, such that when the projection is received by the base unit, the lower surface of the article is seen to be resting upon the upper surface of the base unit, visually obscuring the opening into the base unit. A mechanism captures the projection(s), thereby locking the article to the base unit. The projection may include a peripheral groove, and the mechanism may include a structure that engages with the groove to lock the article to the base unit. The structure may comprise a plunger, a hinged panel with cut-out that engages with the groove, or a panel with a shaped opening that slides within the base unit.
