Liquid dispensing units
A soap dispenser can be configured to dispense an amount of liquid soap, for example, upon detecting the presence of an object. Certain embodiments of the dispenser include a housing, reservoir, pump, motor, sensor, electronic processor, and nozzle. In certain embodiments, the sensor can be configured to generate a signal based on a distance between an object and the sensor. In certain embodiments, the electronic processor can be configured to receive the signal from the sensor and to determine a dispensation volume of the liquid. The dispensation volume can vary as a function of the distance between the object and the sensor. The processor can be configured to control the motor to dispense approximately the dispensation volume of the liquid.
Solar powered dispenser system
A system and method for dispensing hand cleaning fluid material including a dispenser with a rechargeable battery powered by a solar generator, a remote electrically powered light source spaced from the dispenser directing light onto the solar panel of the dispenser and a control mechanism controlling the operation of the light source in relation to the status and operation of the dispenser.
Hand sanitizer for vehicles
A dispenser for, e.g., hand sanitizer or perfume mounted within a rear view mirror of a vehicle. The dispenser has a manual or automated mechanism that expels a small amount of hand sanitizer at a time, preferably when a person places his or her hand under the mirror. The dispenser includes a replaceable reservoir, dispensing mechanism, power source and control circuitry within a cavity in the mirror. A front mirror panel may be hinged to enable access to the operational components.
DOMESTIC APPLIANCE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure describes a domestic appliance communication system that provides consumers with the ability to remotely access information about their domestic appliances, and in particular domestic appliances which utilize consumable resources which may need to be periodically replaced or replenished. The domestic appliance communication system may periodically receive status information from the domestic appliances owned by a consumer or household and provide updated status information to the consumer, either on demand or via alerts triggered in response to certain events. The present disclosure also describes implementations and improvements which may be made to domestic appliances in order to provide periodic measuring and transmitting of status information to a remote system, such as the domestic appliance communication system.
PRODUCT DISPENSER HOLDER WITH COMPLIANCE MODULE
A product dispenser holder comprises a dispenser holder body configured to receive a product dispenser that stores a supply of a product to be dispensed, an actuation sensor that senses actuations of the product dispenser, and an actuation button, such that when an actuation force is applied to a pump of the product dispenser, a substantially downward force is applied to the actuation button causing the actuation button to rotate substantially downwardly and actuate the actuation sensor to generate a dispenser actuation signal.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS INCLUDING PHYSIOLOGICAL CYCLE PROGRESSION AND PERSONALIZED SKINCARE RECOMMENDATION
Systems, devices, and methods are described for generate at least one instances of a skin state and at least one instances of a personalized skincare recommendation responsive to receiving one or more inputs indicative of a predicted physiological cycle progression. The system includes a dispenser control unit including computational circuitry configured to establishing a secured communication link with a personalized cosmetic dispensing system and to communicate one or more control commands to dispense a personalize skincare product in conformity with a personalized skincare recommendation, responsive to one or more inputs indicative of a physiological cycle progression.
DISPENSERS, DISPENSER SYSTEMS AND REFILL UNITS CONFIGURED FOR AUTONOMOUS FIRMWARE/SOFTWARE UPDATES
Exemplary embodiments of dispensing systems, dispensers, refill units, methods for autonomously updating firmware and/or software in dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary dispenser includes a processor, dispenser memory, firmware for controlling one or more operations of the dispenser and a receptacle for receiving a refill unit. A reader for reading information from a near field communication tag is also included. The refill unit includes a near field communication tag secured thereto. Memory is located on the near field communications tag. Data stored on the memory. The data contains firmware update instructions. When the refill unit is installed in the receptacle, the reader reads the data. The processor causes the dispenser firmware to be updated by the firmware update instructions read from the near field communications tag on the refill unit.
HYBRID TIME-OF-FLIGHT SENSOR AND IR SENSOR
A hybrid sensor for calibrating a primary active infrared (IR) sensor to more accurately locate, continuously calibrate, and conserve energy by more accurately detecting via the active IR detection is described herein. The hybrid sensor includes one or more infrared sensors and one or more time-of-flight sensors. The time-of-flight sensor may remain in a dormant state (e.g., low power or sleep mode) until the one or more infrared sensors detect an object. In response to detecting an object, the time-of-flight sensor may be activated to obtain several measurements of the object. After obtaining the measurements, the time-of-flight sensor may return to its dormant state. The hybrid sensor may use the measurements obtained by the time-of-flight sensor to calibrate the one or more infrared sensors to provide more accurate measurements on an object-by-object basis.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INDICATING FUTURE NEED FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OF RANDOM-USE DISPENSING
A method and device for indicating whether a dispensable product will require refilling prior to the next scheduled service interval includes tracking the amount of use over a first interval, and calculating a frequency based from the use over the first interval. The quantity remaining is compared with the required amount, which is the product of the number of weeks in the service interval and the calculated frequency. Thus, when the quantity remaining is less that the required amount, a warning will be provided to indicate that the dispensing product should be replaced, as it will be empty before the next service interval.
Sanitary equipment with water supply system, water route system and sink
A sanitary equipment with a water supply system, a water route system, and a hand washing table are provided. The sanitary equipment includes a machine having a machine water outlet; a movable hand washing table pivoted on the machine and located below the machine water outlet, the movable hand washing table being capable of opening or retracting with respect to the machine; and a water route system disposed in the machine and connected to the machine water outlet to discharge potable water and non-potable water from the machine water outlet.
