Foam producing apparatus and method

A foam dispenser includes a dispensing outlet, a pre-mixing chamber receiving liquid from a liquid source and air from an air source, a mixing chamber downstream of the pre-mixing chamber and proximate the dispenser outlet, and a first conduit coupling the pre-mixing chamber to the mixing chamber.

FLUID DISPENSER AND FLUID REFILL SYSTEM FOR FLUID DISPENSER

A fluid dispenser includes a dispensation conduit and a refill conduit. A refill system includes a refill reservoir and a refill distribution conduit. The refill distribution conduit is configured for selective fluid coupling with the refill conduit to facilitate refilling of the fluid dispenser.

Multi-purpose hand washing station

A multi-purpose hand washing station is disclosed that includes a hand dryer attached to a basin. The hand dryer includes a top air plenum and a bottom air plenum. A grid molded into each air plenum provides structural support to the plenums. Both the top and bottom air plenums include a plurality of air outlets that direct pressurized air from a blower for hand drying. An air hose that supplies pressurized air to the bottom air plenum includes a water trap that prevents water from flowing into the air outlets, down the air hose, and to the blower. A soap dispenser mounted on the basin dispenses liquefied soap for hand washing and is refillable by opening a lid on the soap dispenser and pouring liquefied soap into a funnel insert where it travels through a fill port into a reservoir.

LIQUID SOAP DISPENSER

A liquid soap dispenser that includes: a soap chamber, where the soap chamber includes a spring and a plunger; a supply line connected to the soap chamber at one end and a soap container at a second end, where said spring and plunger are adapted to activate flow of soap from the soap container through the supply line to the soap chamber; a base plate, where the base plate supports the soap chamber; a face plate engaged with the soap chamber, where the face plate; and a soap orifice below the face plate, where the soap orifice supplies a flow of soap from the soap chamber. The liquid soap dispenser may further include a first check valve at the connection of the supply line to the soap chamber and a second check valve, where the second check valve controls flow of soap from the soap orifice.

Sink mounted product dispensing hand washing faucet

An apparatus, method and system for providing and dispensing various hand care alternatives from a common point of dispension, such as a faucet, for standardizing the hand care, washing, sanitizing, and drying process is disclosed. Included is a liquid flow path having an inlet in fluid communication with a liquid source and an outlet in fluid communication with a user reception point. A secondary flow path has an inlet in communication with one or more hand care alternatives and an outlet in communication with the user reception point. A first pump operatively connected to the hand care alternative and a second pump, independent from the first, pumps air. The air and hand care alternative may be mixed and foamed. In use, the air pump can provide clearing, drying and mixing functions independent from the first pump.

Fluid Dispenser With Metered Dose Control Features

A dispenser system and method for dispensing metered doses of a foam or liquid is disclosed. The dispensing system can include a pumping device for pumping metered doses of a liquid from a liquid reservoir out through a nozzle. The pumping device can include an electronically commutated motor that provides greater accuracy and uniformity in dispensing metered doses. During operation of the pumping device, one or more electrical parameters can be monitored and based on the electrical parameters, the system can make adjustments in dispensing metered doses. In one aspect, the electrical parameter can be monitored to determine whether the liquid reservoir contains a low level of liquid.

A fluid dispenser, such as a skincare product dispenser, comprises a dispenser housing configured to hold a reservoir of fluid for dispensing and a drive assembly for interacting with the reservoir and causing dispensing of the fluid. A fluid detection sensor is positioned within the dispenser housing proximate the reservoir and configured to detect a capacitance level therein. A controller is configured to determine, based on data from the fluid detection sensor, a change in the fluid level across a dispense. The controller is also configured to determine, based on the determined change, that the fluid level in the reservoir reaches a threshold level and cause an action, such as providing an alert, sending information to a remote server, or modifying an operating parameter.

FLUID SUPPLY FAUCET

A fluid supply faucet includes a faucet body, a plurality of fluid supply ports arranged in the faucet body, and a supply control module arranged on the faucet body. A plurality of fluids separately provided by the fluid supply ports are different. The supply control module includes a camera facing towards the supply position and an information processing unit connected to the camera. The information processing unit performs image recognition on image data output by the camera to determine, with a human body surface area contained in the image data, that one of the fluid supply ports supplies the fluid to the supply position. The information processing unit performs recognition of at least one of the features on the human body surface area: a non-skin tone high-brightness feature and a circular foam feature.

SOAP PUMP

Various soap dispensers are disclosed. Certain embodiments include a housing, reservoir, pump, motor, sensor, electronic processor, and nozzle. In some embodiments, the pump comprises a peristaltic pump. In certain embodiments, the sensor can be configured to generate a signal based on a distance between an object and the sensor. In certain embodiments, the electronic processor can be configured to receive the signal from the sensor and to determine a dispensation volume of the liquid, such as based on the distance between the object and the sensor. The processor can be configured to control the motor to dispense approximately the dispensation volume of the liquid.
