The foam pump includes an outer housing, an inner housing and a cap. An air pump chamber is formed at least in part by the inner housing. In addition, a liquid pump chamber is formed at least in part by the inner housing. At least a portion of the liquid pump chamber is also formed by the outer housing. An air outlet is located at the bottom of the air pump chamber, which connects to an air outlet passage formed at least in part by the outer housing and the inner housing. Air and liquid dispense tubes are included as well as a mixing chamber located remotely from the foam pump.

Product dispensing system

A fluid dispensing system, fluid reservoir, refill container for refilling the fluid reservoir, and method of refilling the fluid reservoir are provided. The fluid dispensing system includes a refill connection port or nozzle to which a refill container is connected when refilling the fluid reservoir. The fluid reservoir includes a piston head and an actuator for moving the piston head in a first direction and in a second direction. When the piston head is moved in the first direction, the fluid within the fluid reservoir is pressurized, causing the fluid to be dispensed through an outlet of the fluid reservoir. When the piston head is moved in the second direction, a vacuum is created within the fluid reservoir that draws fluid, from the refill container, into the fluid reservoir. The fluid dispensing system includes a valve to enable multiple refill containers to be coupled to the nozzle and/or the refill connection port.

A dispenser bottle assembly (12) is adapted for attachment to a mounting base (14) fixed to a surface. The assembly (12) includes a dispenser bottle (24) having a base and a projection extending outwardly from the base, an externally threaded collar (28) mounted for rotation about the projection, and a drive member (26) mounted about the projection between the collar and the base of the bottle. The threaded collar (28) is received in a threaded recess (18) in the mounting base to secure the bottle to the base. Corresponding formations on the drive member (26), the base and the collar (28) allow the collar to be screwed into and out of the mounting base (14) by rotating the bottle whilst allowing a limited degree of rotational freedom between the bottle and the collar so that the angular orientation of the bottle can be adjusted after fitting.

Systems and methods for assessing the effectiveness of a decontamination event to decontaminate a portion of at least one of skin or a covering of the skin of an individual. A dispensing apparatus is attachable to a water dispenser via a water dispenser interface. The dispensing apparatus to house an agent dispensing system and a light source. The light source to emit light in accordance with a predetermined field of view, and to emit the light at a sufficient intensity and wavelength to cause a fluorescent agent dispensed by the agent dispensing system to fluoresce. The field of view defines an inspection space in which the portion of the individual can be positioned to detect at least one of a presence or an absence of the fluorescent agent during the decontamination event.

Levitation Fluid Dispenser

A hand cleaner fluid dispenser, including a reservoir for containing hand cleaner fluid to be dispensed; a dispenser outlet for discharge of the hand cleaner fluid from the reservoir; and a discharge mechanism operable to discharge a drop of the hand cleaner fluid from the dispenser outlet when activated. A levitator device is incorporated into the hand cleaner fluid dispenser, and is operable to levitate the drop of hand cleaner fluid at a position where the drop is accessible to be taken by a user's hand.
