Portable consumer liquid pump
Various liquid dispensers are disclosed. Certain embodiments include a portable liquid dispenser configured for consumer use in dispensing soap, sanitizer, or ingestible liquids. The dispenser can comprise a housing, a reservoir having an interior configured to store a liquid, a fluid pathway having an opening in fluid communication with the interior of the reservoir, a pump comprising a plurality of rollers, each of the plurality of rollers being configured to contact a portion of the fluid pathway in a flexible tube such that each of the plurality of rollers compresses a portion of the flexible tube that is in contact with the roller, a nozzle, a fluid damper in communication with the pump and the nozzle, an electronic control unit in electrical communication with the pump, and a rotation-tracking feedback system in electrical communication with the electronic control unit.
CONDUIT FOR FILLING A FLUID RESERVOIR AND METHODS FOR FILLING A FLUID RESERVOIR
A method of filling a fluid dispenser is provided and a method for operating power driven pump in a dispenser is provided.
MODULARLY FILLABLE SANITIZER DISPENSER
A modularly configured hand sanitizing fluid storage and dispensing device is provided comprising an outer container that can be attached to a fixed object where hand sanitation is desired. The dispenser has an interior cavity accessible from the exterior, through a door, and a fluid reservoir attached to hand sanitizer dispensers, placed either on the device or connected distally by using tubing to feed fluid to the dispensers. The placement of the dispensers can be made in accordance with local codes or in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act, to provide users with hand sanitizing fluid. The fluid is placed in the outer container by using fluid modules comprising bag-in-box (BIB) modules that are, when inserted, in fluid communication with the reservoir, filling the reservoir upon insertion. The module can be readily replaced when empty, while leaving the reservoir of the container filled for use while the module is being replaced.
FAUCET WITH INTEGRATED SOAP DISPENSER
A faucet having an integrated dispensing device is provided. The faucet includes a center shaft centered on an axis, a handle portion extending away from the center shaft at a first angle and coupled to the center shaft, and a dispensing device rotatably coupled to the center shaft about the axis. The dispensing device includes a dispensing body and a dispensing arm. The dispensing body defines a first end proximate to the handle portion and a second end opposite the first end. The dispensing arm is coupled with the dispensing body and extends away from the dispensing body at a second angle, the second angle being the same as the first angle.
HAND SANITIZING STATION
A hand sanitizing station includes a conduit in fluid communication with a source of sanitizer, the conduit having a fluid outlet. In addition, the hand sanitizing station includes a valve coupled to the conduit and configured to control the volume of sanitizer that exits the fluid outlet, the valve having a control arm. Further, the hand sanitizing station includes a pedal, and a cable connected between the pedal and the control arm of the valve and configured to move the control arm when the pedal is depressed and open the valve a predetermined amount. Movement of the pedal from a first position to a second position causes sanitizer to flow by gravity from the conduit and out of the fluid outlet, and movement of the pedal from the second position back to the first position closes the valve.
Product level detection apparatuses and systems for fluid dispensers
A fluid dispenser, such as a skincare product dispenser, comprises a dispenser housing configured to hold a reservoir of fluid for dispensing and a drive assembly for interacting with the reservoir and causing dispensing of the fluid. A fluid detection sensor is positioned within the dispenser housing proximate the reservoir and configured to detect a capacitance level therein. A controller is configured to determine, based on data from the fluid detection sensor, a change in the fluid level across a dispense. The controller is also configured to determine, based on the determined change, that the fluid level in the reservoir reaches a threshold level and cause an action, such as providing an alert, sending information to a remote server, or modifying an operating parameter.
FITTING WITH AUTOMATIC OBJECT RECOGNITION AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A FITTING BY MEANS OF AUTOMATIC OBJECT RECOGNITION
A fitting, in particular an outlet fitting, for a sanitary installation having a control unit and a sanitary element controllable with the control unit is disclosed. The fitting has at least one imaging sensor. The control unit is adapted to trigger an action of the sanitary element depending on an object recognition based on at least one output signal from the at least one imaging sensor. A fitting arrangement having a fitting as well as a method for controlling a fitting is also disclosed.
System, Method, and Device for Facilitating Effective Decontamination as Part of a Decontamination Event
Systems and methods for assessing the effectiveness of a decontamination event to decontaminate a portion of at least one of skin or a covering of the skin of an individual. A dispensing apparatus is attachable to a water dispenser via a water dispenser interface. The dispensing apparatus to house an agent dispensing system and a light source. The light source to emit light in accordance with a predetermined field of view, and to emit the light at a sufficient intensity and wavelength to cause a fluorescent agent dispensed by the agent dispensing system to fluoresce. The field of view defines an inspection space in which the portion of the individual can be positioned to detect at least one of a presence or an absence of the fluorescent agent during the decontamination event.
Hand sanitizer suspension assembly
A hand sanitizer suspension assembly for suspending hand sanitizer from a work surface includes a clamp that has a pair of jaws biased together to engage an edge of a work surface. A shaft is coupled to and extends downwardly from a respective one of the jaws and a pivot is coupled to the shaft. A grapple is coupled to the pivot such that the grapple is pivotable around the shaft. A bottle is provided that contains liquid hand sanitizer. A hand pump is removably attached to the bottle to dispense the liquid hand sanitizer when the hand pump is manipulated. A disk attached to the hand pump and the grapple engages the disk for suspending the bottle from the work surface.
Fitting with automatic object recognition and method for controlling a fitting by means of automatic object recognition
A fitting, in particular an outlet fitting, for a sanitary installation has a control unit, a sanitary element controllable with the control unit, and at least one imaging sensor. The control unit is adapted to trigger an action of the sanitary element depending on an object recognition based on at least one output signal from the at least one imaging sensor. A fitting arrangement with such a fitting as well as a method for controlling such a fitting are also provided.
