The handle is detachably connected to one second rib portion of the second back panel. Thus, on the one hand, the present invention allows the user to operate the bathing ball through the handle to clean every part of the body of a person, and on the other hand, the mating between the first and second mating connection portions allows multiple bathing balls to be connected together to expand the bathing area.

The system has a wall mounting plate that is removably attachable to a wall surface with an attaching means. A scrubbing means on a skeleton rubber frame is mounted onto the wall mounting plate, and a scrubbing means, preferably a loofah, is removably attached to a scrubbing means mounting surface on the skeleton frame. The loofah is in a position for convenient scrubbing of a person's skin when brought into contact with the loofah. In a further embodiment of the invention, the method of using the apparatus is simple: using leaning and body movement to obtain cleansing effect on the back by the users, including people with disabilities.

The wall-mounted back scrubber is temporarily or permanently installed on a shower wall for convenient scrubbing of the back of a bather. Several different embodiments are disclosed, each having a plurality of elongate parallel brushes having bristles extending radially from flexible spiral wire cores. One embodiment includes suction cups extending from mutually opposed brackets, the brushes extending between the brackets. In another embodiment, the suction cups telescope through the ends of the brackets to urge the apparatus closer to the wall. In another embodiment, opposed arms can be adjustably extended or retracted from each bracket. The suction cups can include mounting tabs for screw attachment to the wall. Another embodiment comprises permanently attached rails, the brush assembly being adjustably positionable on the rails. Another embodiment includes permanently attached anchors, the brackets having escutcheons that secure to the anchors. A shower head suspension cord can provide additional security.
