Refill device for a dispensing system
A dispensing system has a dispenser for sections of a material web wound onto a roll. A support bar is provided, on each end, a bearing journal protruding out from the roll. At least one of the two bearing journals has a mating surface which is not designed as a rotational surface. The dispenser has a guide for each bearing journal that extends to a dispensing position. A counter surface for the mating surface is provided at the beginning of the guide for each bearing journal that has the mating surface. The insertion of the roller into the dispenser is only possible if the mating surface coincides with the counter surface, which extends to in the dispensing position. The roller is rotatably arranged about the central area of the supporting rod, which does not rotate in the dispensing position.
Sensing arrangement for a dispenser
A sensing arrangement for indicating the depletion of a coreless roll of absorbent paper web material in a dispenser, the sensing arrangement includes a roll support for supporting an inner circumference of the coreless roll, the roll support extending along a longitudinal center axis, the roll support comprising at least one roll expanding portion extending over a part of the roll support length and having a maximum radial extension defining a first radius from the center axis, and at least one sensing portion, extending longitudinally over another part of the roll support length and having a maximum radial extension defining a second radius from the center axis, wherein the first radius is greater than the second radius by a sensing offset length, and a sensing element arranged to sense at the sensing portion the amount of web material remaining on the roll when arranged over the roll support length.
ROLLED CENTER DISPENSE PAPER TOWELS PROVIDED IN A NON-CIRCULAR DISPENSER
The present application describes a roll of paper products that may be compressed and subsequently provided in a non-circular dispenser. The roll of paper products is coreless, rolled with a specific tension and has a specific center diameter so as to enable individual paper products to be dispensed from the center of the roll even when compressed.
Dispenser for dispensing a paper roll
A dispenser includes: a housing having a support axis for accommodating and rotatably supporting the paper roll, a brake shoe having a contact surface configured to abut at a face side of the paper roll and movably attached relative to the housing for adjustment of a braking force, and an elastic member urging the brake shoe in a direction toward the face side of the paper roll and having an adjustable elastic force that adjusts the braking force. The contact surface may have at least a first contact area closer to a tip of the support axis in an axial direction of the support axis and further away from the support axis in a radial direction and a second contact area further away from the tip of the support axis in the axial direction and closer to the support axis in the radial direction to provide a braking force decreasing with a decreasing diameter of the roll.
DISPENSER FOR FLEXIBLE SHEETS
A dispenser having a lid with an opening for dispensing individual flexible sheets wherein the flexible sheets are formed from a continuous sheet of material having perforations at predetermined intervals. The lid having a centrally located annular groove and concentric raised portion surrounding an opening disposed in the lid to permit the continuous sheet material to pass therethrough, and a resilient gasket having an opening corresponding in size to the opening in the lid. The gasket having a peripheral edge attached to the lid with the opening of the gasket aligned with the opening in the lid.
Support bar and roll assembly with a coreless roll and a support bar
A support bar has a central region for a material web wound to a coreless roll and a first and a rotatable second bearing journal each projecting beyond the roll. The support bar includes a first and a second part. The first part extends throughout the roll. A first end of the first part forms the first bearing journal. A second part, formed as a rotary body that is rotatable relative to the first part has a second end that forms the second bearing journal. A second end of the first part is formed with an axial bore and a first end of the second part is latched in the axial bore within the roll.
Dispenser for roll of coreless web material
A coreless web material dispenser or dispensing apparatus that includes a flexible brace that is configured to support a roll of coreless web material relative to the dispenser. The flexible brace is supported by the housing such that closing a cover of the dispensing apparatus biases a portion of the brace into operative engagement with the roll of coreless web material. Preferably, the flexible brace includes at least one protrusion that extends inwardly relative to a roll facing side of the brace and defines a rotational axis upon which the roll of the coreless web material may rotate while one or more side portions of the flexible brace limit lateral movement of the roll during dispensing events.
Center feed roll dispensing apparatus
A center feed roll dispensing apparatus including: a roll support that extends in a first direction from a first end to a second end; an end wall located in the first direction with respect to the first end of the roll support, the end wall comprising a dispensing aperture; and a roll stop located in the first direction with respect to the first end of the roll support and spaced from the end wall.
Paper dispenser and related methods
An apparatus for dispensing paper product has an encasement that is configured to enclose the roll of paper. The encasement has a base at a longitudinal end for supporting the roll of paper in that encasement, with the base including a base opening for the paper to be inserted there through. The base also has an inner surface that is configured to contact the roll of paper, as well as an oppositely disposed outer surface. A dispensing portion of the apparatus is located adjacent the outer surface of the base, and is releasably coupled to the encasement. Coupling between the dispensing portion and the encasement is free of fasteners. The dispensing portion includes a rotatable dispensing element that has a dispensing orifice for dispensing paper from within said encasement to the exterior.
Dispenser for rolls
Dispenser includes housing for at least two rolls of tissue paper, access opening in housing, and closure selectively closing a portion of access opening. Closure includes body, first wall movably connected to body at first edge of first wall; and second wall movably connected to body at first edge of second wall. First and second wall are urged toward each other to respectively position second edges of first and second walls opposite to first edges in a blocking position in which sliding of closure into first or second position is blocked until a predetermined amount of paper of second or first roll, respectively, has been dispensed. Closure includes first and second spring urging first and second walls, respectively, toward each other, spring force of first and second springs being configured to automatically return closure into first or second position, respectively, when sliding of the closure into first or second position, respectively, is blocked.
