The present invention relates to a protective material dispenser 101 with protective material 103 therein, which is releasably couplable to such a fuel gun 2. In this way, a user may easily retrieve some of the protective material 103 from the dispenser 101 prior to touching the fuel pump hand grip 11, and then cover the hand grip 11 to protect his/her hands from making direct contact therewith.

The apparatus can comprise a supporting structure which can include an engaging member connected to a supporting member. The supporting member can comprise a connecting element. The engaging member can be configured to engage a household fixture. A shaft is inserted into the roller to engage a respective one of a pair of toilet paper rollers on the support surface. The shaft has a plurality of teeth disposed thereon. The roller is positionable in a rolling position having the teeth on the roller disengaged from the teeth on the shaft for rolling the roll of toilet paper. The roller is positionable in a locked position has the teeth on the roller engaging the teeth on the shaft to inhibit the roll of toilet paper from rotating.

A system and method for dispensing toilet paper. The system includes a back plate coupled to a cover. An arm base is coupled to an arm, and the arm is coupled to a post. The arm base can rotate relative to the cover. By applying a force the arm rest can unseat and freely rotate. If the user starts with an over-the-top roll configuration the user can rotate the arm to present a behind-the-roll configuration without any need for tools or disassembly.

A dispenser for sheet products comprising a base, an outer shell mounted to the base, wherein the outer shell has a first portion configured to enclose a stack of sheet products to be dispensed and a second portion having a dispensing opening, the first and second portion being non-detachably and non-movably fixed relative to each other, a platen reciprocally moveable relative to the base and spring biased toward the dispensing opening, and first and second columns respectively extending from the base parallel to a movement direction of the platen on opposite sides of the platen, wherein the outer shell is detachable from the base for inserting a stack of paper products between the first and second columns onto the platen.

A lock assembly is provided for use with a dispenser comprising a housing having an interior volume for holding a dispensable product, the housing having an openable part for providing an access to the interior of the housing. The lock assembly comprises a lock housing, an operation mode insert portion, a lock cylinder comprising a lock cylinder base and a bore adapted to receive the operation mode insert portion, a latch connected to the lock cylinder base operable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration, and a resilient member biasing the latch towards the locked configuration. The operation mode insert portion is configured to form a releasable connection with the lock cylinder base and the releasable connection is accessible at the lock cylinder base to allow release of the connection and removal of the operation mode insert portion from the lock cylinder.

Various tamper resistant latches for product dispensers are provided herein. An example product dispenser includes a housing capable of being opened. When closed, the housing defines an at least partially enclosed internal space for receiving a supply of product and limiting access to the supply of product. A latch comprises a base portion mounted to the housing, a first arm, and a second arm. The first arm and second arm each extend from the base portion and are each capable of being independently moved from a biased locked position to an unlocked position such that either of the first arm or the second arm may move to the unlocked position without causing the other to also move to the unlocked positionthereby providing a tamper resistant latch where both the first arm and the second arm need to move to the unlocked position to enable opening of the housing.
