A magazine management device stores a plurality of magazines in which a plurality of optical discs is housed. The magazine management device includes a case that supports the plurality of magazines, a plurality of partitions that divides the case so as to form a plurality of regions in which the magazines can be stored one by one, an antenna that transmits a radio wave for asking a radio identifier provided to the magazine for a response and receives a radio wave of the response transmitted from the radio identifier, and an arithmetic processor that receives information obtained from the radio wave of the response received by the antenna.

Cassette storage case and cassette management system including the same

According to an embodiment, a cassette storage case includes a body defining an internal storage space for a cassette. The body includes a lower body part, and a shield body part extending upward from an upper surface outer region of the lower body part. The shield body part has an opening in an upper portion thereof. A load protruding portion extends outward from an outer bottom surface of the lower body part, and has a shape that corresponds to a shape of the opening.

The media library may include a robotic picker device for retrieving media cartridges from the media cartridge storage slots. The media cartridge storage slots may be dual-cartridge storage slots configured to hold two media cartridges and/or the robotic picker device may be a dual-slot robotic picker device.
