The roller cover toilet system provides users with a portable roll-on cover for public toilets designed to keep the seat surface sanitary while sitting. The device features a dustpan-like carrying system designed to house the roll of covers. It allows users to simply roller the cover over the seat and apply it via a light adhesive, ensuring the cover remains stable as the user sits. The device prevents germs and bacteria from being contracted, ensuring the user stays clean even while using a public toilet. The device eliminates the need to use flimsy paper covers commonly found in public restrooms.

In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a sheet material dispenser that includes a feed roller that is rotatable to facilitate dispensing of the sheet material from a discharge in a housing of the dispenser. The dispenser can have a cutting assembly that includes a cutting blade and at least one movable support coupled to cutting blade and that is actuated with rotation of the feed roller to cause movement of the cutting blade to at least partially cut, score, or perforate the sheet material during dispensing thereof. The dispenser also can have a biasing assembly coupled to the feed roller body to assist rotation of the feed roller body and/or movement of the cutting blade. Other aspects also are described.

Certain dual roll dispensers and methods of dispensing sheet product are provided. In one example, the method includes receiving, by the controller, a first trigger from at least one motion sensor, where the controller is in an awake state before the first trigger is received. The method includes causing, in response to the first trigger, a measurement device to enter an awake state, where the measurement device is configured to measure an amount of product dispensed by the dispenser. The method also includes receiving dispense event information associated with the amount of product dispensed during a dispense event, and storing or transmitting the dispense event information.

Certain dual roll dispensers and methods of dispensing sheet product are provided. In one example, the method includes receiving, by the controller, a first trigger from at least one motion sensor, where the controller is in an awake state before the first trigger is received. The method includes causing, in response to the first trigger, a measurement device to enter an awake state, where the measurement device is configured to measure an amount of product dispensed by the dispenser. The method also includes receiving dispense event information associated with the amount of product dispensed during a dispense event, and storing or transmitting the dispense event information.

A sensor device is provided to detect a filling status of a consumable in a dispenser, the consumable being web material, and the filling status relating to a spatial extension of the consumable in the dispenser. The sensor device includes a capacitive sensor having an elongated and planar sensor area; and a first measurement section configured to measure the filling status of the dispenser. The capacitive sensor includes a first channel and a second channel. The first measurement section is configured to measure the filling status of the dispenser based on changes in capacitance detected by the first channel and the second channel.

A sensor device is provided to detect a filling status of a consumable in a dispenser, the consumable being web material, and the filling status relating to a spatial extension of the consumable in the dispenser. The sensor device includes a capacitive sensor having an elongated and planar sensor area; and a first measurement section configured to measure the filling status of the dispenser. The capacitive sensor includes a first channel and a second channel. The first measurement section is configured to measure the filling status of the dispenser based on changes in capacitance detected by the first channel and the second channel.

An example sheet product dispenser includes a housing for holding a new roll and a previously installed roll of sheet product. The dispenser includes a dispensing mechanism defining a nip and operable to dispense sheet product from either roll for retrieval by the user. A loading device of the dispenser is configured to receive a leading end of a new roll of sheet product being installed into the housing. The loading device can transition between three positions. In a receiving position, the loading device receives the leading end. In a nip loading position, the loading device causes the leading end to enter the nip to cause the dispensing mechanism to begin dispensing from the new roll. In a holding position, the loading device holds the leading end away from the nip to prevent dispensing from the new roll.

In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a sheet material dispenser that includes a feed roller that is rotatable to facilitate dispensing of the sheet material from a discharge in a housing of the dispenser. Devices and systems for containing and dispensing liquids are disclosed. The system includes a basket and a container removably coupled to the basket to facilitate nesting in a basket cavity. The container includes a pump assembly coupled to the container and extending into an interior thereof. The system includes at least one hanger arm coupled to the basket. The at least one hanger arm includes a first section proximate the basket and a second section distal the basket, the second portion including a distal end. A device embodiment includes the container having the at least one hanger arm coupled thereto rather than being coupled to the basket. Embodiments of the disclosure provide versatile liquid containing and dispensing devices and systems having low cost and high longevity, and that facilitate convenient co-location of liquid cleaning and personal hygiene products, and related and associated items and materials, to preferred places of use.
