Proximity-based mobile-device updates of electronic health records
A system, method, and computer-readable media are provided for facilitating clinical decision making, and in particular, decision making based on a third party's clinical situation by determining and providing useful, up-to-date information, such as patient-related information to a decision maker. In one embodiment, a user first identifies an information item concerning a patient. Based on that item, a set of related information items is determined and prioritized, and a reference pointer, which identifies the set of related information, is generated. The reference pointer is communicated to the user's mobile device. Subsequently, the user's mobile device requests information from the set of information items associated with the reference pointer, and provides information authorization information. Following authentication of the user's credentials, updates of information from the set of information items may be communicated to the user's mobile device as they become available.
DISINFECTION TRACKING NETWORK
A disinfecting tracking network for creating healthier environments. The system and methods for tracking and utilizing this information to build and maintain healthier environments with a laboratory approach to data inputs. This system is a cloud based system with IOT interface and APIs to enable broad reaching inputs for analysis. This system creates a safer ecosystem and cross statistic sharing of performance parameters.
MOVEMENT HISTORY INFORMATION CONFIRMING METHOD, SYSTEM THEREFOR, AND MANAGEMENT SERVER
A writing apparatus that writes stored information into a chip which has been embedded in an individual being a living body, a reading apparatus that reads the stored information which is stored in the chip, and a management server. The stored information includes at least chip identification information that enables the chip to be distinguished from other chips, and movement history information that includes a movement history of the individual. The movement history is generated on a basis of a zip code and a date and a time of arrival at a predetermined region corresponding to the zip code. The chip identification information and the movement history information are stored in association with each other in the management server.
BLOCKCHAIN MANAGED MEDICAL IMPLANTS
Systems and methods for tracking patient medical records using a medical implant are described herein. The medical implant can comprise a physical structure configured to secure the medical implant within a body of a patient, a proximity communication component physically coupled to the physical structure, and a memory operatively coupled to the proximity communication component. The memory can store a private key, wherein the memory is configured to provide the private key through the proximity communication component to an external device for enabling the external device to access one or more electronic medical records associated with a patient that is implanted with the implant from a distributed blockchain ledger of electronic medical records.

SMART SCENT LIBRARY
Methods, systems, and devices associated with a smart scent library are described. An apparatus can include a processing resource and a memory resource having instructions executable to store data representing a number of chemical compositions in a smart scent library. The instructions can be executable to receive data, including a chemical composition, and compare the chemical composition to the number of chemical compositions. The instructions can be executable to identify the chemical composition in response to matching at least a portion of the chemical composition to one of the number of chemical compositions, and transmit data associated with the identified chemical composition.

Comprehensive system and method of universal real-time linking of real objects to a machine, network, internet, or software service
A system for detecting placement or misplacement of an object includes a wireless tag; a first electronic device (“FED”) associated with the tag to automatically detect signals from the tag, determine a position of the FED, transmit the position and status to an external electronic device or network (“EED”) in response to the status indicating that the tag and the FED are within a predetermined range, and transmit the position and status to the EED in response to the status indicating that the tag and the FED are outside of the predetermined range; and a second electronic device (“SED”) that is unassociated with the tag to automatically detect signals from the tag, determine a position of the SED, determine an identifier for the tag using the signals, and transmit the position of the SED and the identifier to the EED.

Computer-implemented system and method for entity tracking and identification
A computer-implemented system and method for entity tracking and identification is provided. A tracker associated with an entity is tracked. Communication is continuously attempted between the tracker and a tracking device associated with an individual in custody of the entity. During one of the attempted communications, an absence of the tracker is determined by identifying a time of the attempted communication and applying a time threshold to the time for the attempted communication. The absence of the tracker is identified when no communication has been established with the tracking device within the time threshold. The entity is classified as missing when the absence of the tracker is determined.
