SWEEPING ASSEMBLY, CLEANING APPLIANCE, AND METHOD FOR CLEANING APPLIANCE
The present invention relates to a cleaning appliance and a method for a cleaning appliance. In particular, a cleaning appliance is disclosed, comprising: a housing, comprising an opening facing toward a surface to be swept; a sweeping brush, having a connection part by means of which the sweeping brush is mounted in the housing, and being capable of rotating about a rotation axis by receiving a driving force, so as to perform a sweeping operation; and a toothed structure arranged close to an end of the sweeping brush, the toothed structure being provided between the housing and the sweeping brush and comprising multiple teeth, the multiple teeth extending from one of the housing and the sweeping brush toward the other of the housing and the sweeping brush. The cleaning appliance of the present invention is at least able to prevent or at least reduce the entry of foreign matter into a gap, as well as promptly trigger protection measures when necessary to remind a user to deal with the problem, in order to avoid failure due to melting of the housing and sweeping brush in a connection region.
Robotic cleaner
A robotic cleaner may include a chassis, an agitator assembly configured to engage a surface to be cleaned, and a lift mechanism moveably coupling the agitator assembly to the chassis. The lift mechanism may include a biasing mechanism. The biasing mechanism may be configured to generate a biasing force that urges the agitator assembly in a direction away from the surface to be cleaned. The biasing force may be insufficient to lift the agitator assembly from the surface to be cleaned.
REDUCING CLEANING ROLLER AMPLITUDE AND SPEED OSCILLATIONS OF A CLEANING ROBOT
A roller assembly for a mobile cleaning system for cleaning a work surface can include a drive shaft, a sheath, a bushing, and a bushing shroud. The drive shaft can be rotatable about a drive axis, and the drive shaft can include a driven end and an opposite bushing end. The sheath can be supported by the drive shaft and the sheath can be rotatable with the drive shaft. The sheath can include a shell engageable with the work surface. The bushing can be located about the bushing end of the drive shaft. The bushing shroud can be connected to the bushing. The sheath and the drive shaft can be together rotatable with respect to the bushing and the bushing shroud, the bushing shroud can include an outer portion defining a first radius of curvature and a recessed portion connected to the outer portion.
Removable rotatable driven agitator for surface cleaning head
A removable rotatable driven agitator is used in a surface cleaning head and is driven by a drive mechanism that axially engages a driven end of the agitator. The removable rotatable driven agitator may be located in an openable agitator chamber for purposes of removing debris and/or removing the agitator. The openable agitator chamber may be covered by an external cover that is movable between an open position and a closed position. The removable agitator may be secured in the agitator chamber by the external cover. The removable rotatable agitator may have an end cap mounted on a rotatable bushing at a non-driven end and may have a splined driven member at the driven end to engage a splined drive member on the drive mechanism.
FLOOR CLEANER
A floor cleaner including a base that includes a suction inlet, a brushroll chamber, and brushroll. The brushroll chamber includes a brushroll, an endcap, a tab extending from the endcap, a driven end and a non-driven end. The endcap includes the tab extending from the endcap. The tab is movable between an unfolded and a folded position. Upward movement of the tab in the unfolded position removes the brushroll from the base.
Electric cleaning device
An electric cleaning device includes a housing, a cleaning roller and a driving assembly. The housing includes a cleaning chamber and the cleaning chamber defines an opening at bottom. The cleaning roller is arranged at the opening and defines a first accommodating space. The driving assembly is arranged in the first accommodating space and configured to drive the cleaning roller to rotate.
Cleaner
A cleaner includes a case having an opening formed in a lower side. The cleaner also includes a brush assembly disposed inside the case. The brush assembly includes a horizontally disposed brush bar and a brush coupled to the brush bar. The cleaner includes a suction port for suctioning dust collected by the brush assembly. The cleaner also includes a motor that provides power to the brush assembly. Further, the cleaner includes an operation assembly, connecting the motor and the brush assembly, and converting a rotational movement of the motor into a translational motion of the brush assembly. The operation assembly includes a rotating member coupled to a shaft of the motor, a link connected to the rotating member, a connecting member connecting the brush bar and the link, and a guide rail for guiding the connecting member in a longitudinal direction.
CLEANING BRUSH AND INTELLIGENT CLEANING DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a cleaning brush and an intelligent cleaning device. The cleaning brush includes a shaft rod, a cylindrical member and at least one end member. The shaft rod is provided with two first ends which are opposite in an axial direction; the cylindrical member coaxially sleeves the shaft rod and is provided with two second ends which are opposite in an axial direction, and a brush piece is arranged on an outer surface of the cylindrical member; the at least one end member is installed on at least one of the first ends, and the end member is provided with a blocking structure for preventing an entanglement from excessively extending away from the cleaning brush; the end member and the first end are provided with installation structures respectively matching each other; and the second end of the cylindrical member, which corresponds to the end member, covers at least a portion of the end member.
