GEARBOX AND INTELLIGENT CLEANING APPARATUS
The present application provides a gearbox and an intelligent cleaning apparatus. The gearbox is used for the intelligent cleaning apparatus, and includes a rotatable part and a porous bearing. The rotatable part can rotate around a rotation axis to transmit power for a cleaning head of the intelligent cleaning apparatus, and has a contact surface. The porous bearing is fixedly arranged and has a support surface, and the support surface of the porous bearing is in contact with the contact surface of the rotatable part to support the rotatable part in rotating relative to the porous bearing. At least one of the contact surface and the support surface is provided with a recess.
FLOOR CLEANER
A cleaning head for a floor cleaner including a brushroll assembly configured to clean a surface to be cleaned and reduce brushroll maintenance, such as removing hair and debris wrapped around the brushroll assembly and removing debris from a bearing of the brushroll assembly. The brushroll assembly may comprise agitator members to assist in cleaning and maintenance.
FLOOR CLEANING TOOL AND METHOD
A floor cleaning tool including a housing, a reservoir that is coupled to the housing and that contains a cleaning solution, and a resiliently deformable plate that is coupled to the housing. The plate defines apertures that are fluidly coupled to the reservoir, and the apertures are oriented to deposit cleaning solution onto a surface. The plate is removable from the housing.
AUTONOMOUS TRAVELING CLEANER
An autonomous traveling floor cleaner is disclosed that improves cleaning efficiency. A floor cleaner may include a suction nozzle that suctions suction matter collected by a rotary brush, an extension nozzle that suctions suction matter collected by an extension brush, and a collection box for collecting, through an inlet, the suction matter suctioned by the nozzles. The floor cleaner may have an elongated profile. The extension nozzle may be switchable between a retracted posture and a lateral cleaning posture. The extension nozzle in the lateral cleaning posture may be pivotable rearward. The extension nozzle in the lateral cleaning posture may have a protruding end in the width direction to be aligned with an end of a turning range of the floor cleaner in the width direction.
VACUUM CLEANER
A vacuum cleaner includes a suction nozzle including a housing that defines an inlet, a first shaft disposed at a side of the housing, a driver configured to rotate the first shaft, a rotating brush that extends along an axis and is configured to, based on rotation of the first shaft, rotate about the axis to thereby move dust on a surface to toward the inlet, a detachable cover configured to rotatably support a first end of the rotating brush, and a second shaft disposed at a second end of the rotating brush and configured to engage with the first shaft to rotate the rotating brush. The first shaft and the second shaft are configured to contact each other and to define first contact surfaces that have a spiral shape about the axis and that are configured to transfer rotational force from the first shaft to the second shaft.
ROBOT CLEANER
A robot cleaner includes a main body that autonomously travels, a suction nozzle configured to move up and down or swing with respect to the main body, and a support to support the suction nozzle. The robot cleaner may respond to a change in a height of a floor to improve travel performance and may respond better to obstacles. Even when a height difference of the floor is large, cleaning performance may be improved by maintaining contact and increasing a suction pressure of the suction nozzle.
ROBOT CLEANER
Provided is a robot cleaner including a main body including a suction portion disposed thereon, main wheels for moving the main body, a side brush assembly disposed on the main body and rotating with a rotation shaft perpendicular to a rotation shaft of the main wheels, wherein the side brush assembly includes a housing for forming an exterior of the side brush assembly, a first force transmitter disposed in the housing and rotating by receiving a driving force, a second force transmitter in contact with the first force transmitter to rotate together when the first force transmitter is rotated, and a side brush coupled to the second force transmitter to rotate at the same rotation angle as the second force transmitter.
Suction nozzle and vacuum cleaner and robot cleaner having the same
A suction nozzle, and a vacuum cleaner, and a robot cleaner includes a housing having a suction port formed on a bottom surface thereof and a suction flow path formed on an inside thereof to communicate with the suction port, and a vibration cleaning unit arranged on the suction flow path to pass therethrough air including pollutants that flows in through the suction port, wherein the vibration cleaning unit includes a vibration source, a vibration transfer frame configured to accommodate the vibration source, and a vibration bar configured to receive vibration transferred from the vibration transfer frame to resonate.
Power head for vacuum systems
A vacuum system comprises a vacuum source, an energy-storage device, a handle operatively connected to the vacuum source, an extension tube operatively connected to the handle, and a power head. The power head comprises a housing assembly and a brush assembly. The brush assembly comprises a brush defining an axle chamber, a motor assembly, and a transmission system. At least part of the motor assembly is arranged within the axle chamber, and a fixed portion of the motor assembly is supported relative to the housing assembly. The transmission system transmits rotation of the rotating portion of the motor assembly to the brush. At least part of the transmission system is arranged within the axle chamber. Operation of the vacuum source causes air to be drawn into the handle. The rotating portion of the motor assembly rotates the brush through the transmission system relative to the brush housing.
Vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner of the present disclosure includes a cleaner body having a suction motor provided inside thereof and a handle provided outside thereof, and a suction nozzle connected to the cleaner body, wherein the suction nozzle includes a housing having at least part of a front portion opened, and a rotary cleaning unit disposed inside the housing, having at least part thereof exposed through the opening of the housing, and configured to clean a floor by a rotating operation, wherein the rotary cleaning unit includes a cylindrical nozzle body rotatably installed inside the housing, and fiber filaments and metal filaments disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle body.
