A cleaner head for a vacuum cleaner including an agitator in the form of a brush bar, the brush bar including a plurality of radially extending bristles and a sealing material disposed between the bristles. The sealing material extends over substantially the entire circumferential and axial extent of the regions of the brush bar between the bristles. The cleaner head further includes a housing defining a chamber which at least partially surrounds the brush bar, a dirty air inlet in a lower part of the chamber and a front opening that exposes the brush bar at the front of the housing. The brush bar is supported for rotation with respect to the housing and arranged in the chamber such that the brush bar seals against the housing thereby restricting flow of air through the front opening.

A nozzle for a cleaner includes a nozzle main body, a rotation cleaning unit rotatably connected to the nozzle main body, the rotation cleaning unit including a rotation plate provided with a mop, and a water supply flow path configured to supply water from a water tank to the rotation cleaning unit, the water supply flow path having an outlet. The rotation plates includes a central shaft, at least one water passage hole spaced apart from the central shaft in a radial direction to receive water directly from the outlet of the water supply flow path, and a water blocking rib located outside of the water passage hole in the radial direction.

The at least one rotatable cleaning brush comprises at least one flexible cleaning element projecting outwards from a side of the housing. The at least one flexible cleaning element is arranged to rotate in a cleaning position and rotate in a disengaged position whereby the at last one flexible cleaning element engages the surface to be cleaned when rotating in the cleaning position and the at last one flexible cleaning element is remote from the surface to be cleaned when rotating in the disengaged position.

A cleaner head for a vacuum cleaner including a housing, a roller and a wheel assembly arranged to support the cleaner head on a surface such that the roller is held out of pressing engagement with the surface. The roller is arranged to rotate with respect to the housing and the wheel assembly includes a first wheel which is arranged to drive the roller.

A nozzle for a cleaner has a nozzle housing including a suction flow path configured to allow air and dust to flow therethrough. A water tank is mounted on the nozzle housing to store water.
