SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A door opening mechanism is operable by an actuator (1140) to open a dirt chamber door (1070) to a dirt collection chamber (1066). The door (1070) is movable about a pivot (1072) between a closed position and an open position. In some examples, the actuator (1140) may be located on the same side of the dirt collection chamber (1066) as the pivot (1072). In some examples, the actuator (1140) may be positioned vertically higher than the pivot (1072) when the dirt collection chamber (1066) is in the emptied position.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises a cyclone chamber having a cyclone axis of rotation and an openable portion wherein the openable portion is rotatably mounted about an opening axis that is parallel to the cyclone axis of rotation.
HAND-HELD SURFACE CLEANING DEVICE
In general, the present disclosure is directed to a hand-held surface cleaning device that includes a relatively compact form-factor to allow users to store the same in a nearby location (e.g., in a drawer, in an associated charging dock, on a table top) for easy access to perform relatively small cleaning tasks that would otherwise require retrieving a full-size vacuum from storage. A hand-held surface cleaning device consistent with aspects of the present disclosure includes a body (or body portion) with a motor, power source and dust cup disposed therein. The body portion also functions as a handgrip to allow the hand-held surface cleaning device to be operated by one hand, for example.
Cleaner and dust separating device applying the same
Provided is a cleaner including a dust collecting device for separating dust from air, wherein the dust collecting device includes a dust collecting case having a dust discharging port opened to discharge the collected dust; a discharge cover coupled to one side of the dust collecting case to open and close the dust discharge port; and a sealing member provided to extend from an inner surface of the dust collecting case to a coupling surface of the dust collecting case while being in contact with the dust collecting case and thus to be sealed when the dust discharging port is closed.
PORTABLE SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A hand vacuum cleaner comprises a cyclone and a dirt chamber external to the cyclone. The cyclone comprises a dirt outlet in communication with the dirt chamber, a cyclone chamber rear end that is axially spaced from and opposed to a cyclone chamber front end and a sidewall located between the cyclone chamber front end and the cyclone chamber rear end. The cyclone air inlet and the cyclone air outlet are located at the cyclone chamber rear end wherein, when the upper end of the hand vacuum cleaner is positioned above the lower end of the hand vacuum cleaner, the central longitudinally extending axis is oriented generally horizontally. A plate is positioned at the front end of the cyclone chamber. The dirt outlet comprises a gap that is provided at the cyclone chamber front end and the gap is provided at a location that is spaced axially inwardly towards the cyclone chamber rear end.
HAND CARRYABLE SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A hand vacuum cleaner has an air treatment member positioned in an air flow path through the hand vacuum cleaner. The air treatment member comprises an air treatment chamber and a dirt collection chamber exterior to the air treatment chamber. The air treatment member comprises a stationary portion and an openable portion, the openable portion comprises a portion of a sidewall of the air treatment chamber and the openable portion is moveably mounted by a mount between a closed position in which the air treatment chamber and the dirt collection chamber are closed and an open position in which the air treatment chamber and the dirt collection chamber are open. When the inlet conduit extends generally horizontally, the dirt collection chamber underlies the air treatment chamber.
CLEANER
A cleaner includes: a main body that has an opening; a suction motor that is disposed in the main body and generates suction force; and a filter unit that includes an exhaust filter for filtering air discharged from the suction motor, the filter unit being inserted into the main body through the opening and being separated from the main body, wherein when the filter unit is combined with the main body, a portion of the filter unit protrudes out of the main body, and a portion of the exhaust filter is positioned inside the main body and the other portion of the exhaust filter is positioned outside the main body.
HAND-GUIDED CYCLONE VACUUM CLEANER
A hand-guide cyclone vacuum cleaner includes: a device body which has a drive unit for generating a suction air flow; a suction container, which is connected to the device body, for receiving suction material; and an operating element arranged at one end of the suction container opposite an end of the suction container on which the device body is arranged. The operating element is rotatable from a first position into a second position and from the second position into the first position. The device body is inseparably connected to the suction container in the first position. The device body is separably connected to the suction container in the second position.
HAND CARRYABLE SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A hand vacuum cleaner has a cyclone chamber formed of at least two axially extending cyclone chamber sidewall portions wherein one of the portions is pivotally openable. Once opened, a moveable member is translatable to clean or enable cleaning of a screen.
CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR, VACUUM CLEANER HAVING THE CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR, AND HANDY-STICK TYPE VACUUM CLEANER HAVING THE CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR
Provided is a cyclone dust collector with improved usability, a vacuum cleaner having the cyclone dust collector, and a handy-stick type vacuum cleaner having the cyclone dust collector. The handy-stick type vacuum cleaner includes the cyclone dust collector. The cyclone dust collector includes a suction duct configured to suction air in a first direction and provided with an air suction passage formed therein, a cyclone chamber configured to separate dust from air introduced through the suction duct by turning the air, and provided with a grille rotatably formed therein, and a dust collection chamber configured to collect the dust separated from the air in the cyclone chamber in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
