An angular velocity sensor comprises a mass body part including a first mass body and a second mass body, an internal frame supporting the first mass body and the second mass body, one or more first flexible parts connecting the first mass body or the second mass body to the internal frame, one or more second flexible parts connecting the first mass body or the second mass body to the internal frame, an external frame supporting the internal frame, at least one third flexible part connecting the internal frame to the external frame, and at least one fourth flexible part connecting the internal frame to the external frame. At least one of the second flexible parts is connected to the first mass body in line with the center of gravity of the first mass body. At least one other of the second flexible parts is connected to an eccentric portion of the second mass body.
ANCHOR DEVICE POSITIONING AND PLUMBING TOOL AND METHODS RELATED THERETO
Featured are devices and methods for positioning an anchoring device (e.g., bolt, stud) when cast in place in concrete so as to leave the anchoring device plumb. Such methods include securing one end of an anchor plumbing tool having a leveling mechanism to the anchoring device and manipulating another portion of the plumbing tool until the leveling mechanism indicates that the anchoring mechanism is plumb. Such methods further include positioning the anchoring device in cast in place concrete while the concrete is in its fluid state before set up occurs so as to leave the anchoring device in a vertical or perpendicular line relative to gravity. Such a plumbing tool includes a distal end portion that removably couples to an end of the anchoring device, the leveling mechanism and an upper portion that is usable to manipulate the anchoring device.

A target and plumbing system includes a reflective target which has a reflective surface, a self-leveling plumb line laser pointer which emits a plumb line laser beam having a pathway that is in a vertical direction where the vertical direction is substantially parallel to a gravitational direction, a holding device which includes a first holding element that assists in holding the reflective target and a second holding element that assists in holding the plumb line laser pointer, and a positioning device which includes a first positioning element and a second positioning element where the holding device is connected to the first positioning element and the first positioning element is movable with respect to the second positioning element. The second positioning element is a platform including an open space that defines a horizontal two-dimensional area where the first positioning element is movable with respect to the open space.

CONSTRUCTION GRADING STICK AND METHOD THEREFOR
A construction grading stick includes a housing, a reservoir, a dispenser, and a button. The housing is elongated. The reservoir is positioned in the housing and is designed to hold a supply of marking material. The dispenser is positioned at a lower portion of the housing. The dispenser is connected to the reservoir to dispense marking material from the reservoir. The dispenser including a dispensing orifice positioned in a bottom end surface of the housing perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the housing. The button is positioned at an upper portion of the housing. The button is connected to the dispenser to permit selective activation of the dispenser to dispense marking material out through the dispensing orifice and onto a surface on which the construction grading stick is vertically held.
