DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MONITORING LIQUID LEVEL OF LIQUID STORAGE TANKS FOR VEHICLE
A device for monitoring a liquid level of a liquid storage tank for a vehicle is capable of improving sensing sensitivity of a liquid level sensor by employing a structure capable of amplifying an electromotive force, which is generated by an electrode, at an electromotive force amplification layer including a carbon micro coil (CMC) and accurately sensing a frozen state of a liquid to perform a heating function so as to resolve the frozen state of the liquid.
Liquid level sensing
In one example a liquid level sensor is described. The sensor includes a carrier and a liquid level sensing interface disposed on the carrier. The liquid level sensing interface includes a number of liquid level sensing devices disposed on an elongated strip. The number of liquid level sensing devices detect a liquid level in a liquid container. The liquid level sensing interface also includes a number of thermal isolation components formed on the elongated strip to thermally isolate adjacent liquid level sensing devices.

System and methods for ullage space fuel level estimation
A method for a vehicle, comprising: indicating a true fill level of a fuel tank based on a fuel vapor canister temperature profile during a refueling event. In this way, a quantity fuel dispensed over the maximum fill level of the fuel tank may be accounted for, regardless of the fuel level sensor reading.
FILL-LEVEL MEASURING DEVICE FOR A LABORATORY CABINET DEVICE
The invention relates to a fill-level measuring device for a laboratory cabinet device, for measuring a fill-level in a liquid container in the interior of the laboratory cabinet device, which detects the fill-level by comparing the measurement of two NTC temperature sensors, the first of which is arranged in the air of the interior and the second in the liquid of the liquid container.
Detecting fluid levels using a counter
An example printing cartridge includes a fluid container, a plurality of sensing locations in thermal contact with the fluid container, a voltage comparator to output time-based information based on a comparison of a sensed voltage generated at a selected sensing location of the plurality of sensing locations to a threshold voltage, the time-based information representative of whether a fluid is present at a fluid level associated with the selected sensing location, and a counter to convert the time-based information to a digital code based on a number of clock cycles.
LOGIC CIRCUITRY PACKAGE
A logic circuitry package for a print apparatus component includes an interface to communicate with a print apparatus logic circuit, and at least one logic circuit. The at least one logic circuit is configured to receive, via the interface, a command series addressed to a first default address and a second default address, and transmit, via the interface, at least one response in response to at least one command of the command series. The at least one logic circuit is configured to receive, via the interface, an other command series addressed to an other first default address and subsequently, the second default address, and transmit, via the interface, at least one other response in response to at least one other command of the other command series.
Logic Circuitry
An integrated circuit for a replaceable print apparatus component comprising a communication interface to communicate with a print apparatus logic circuit over the bus, and at least one logic circuit.
Self-Heating Thermal Dispersion Sensor System
A sensor system including a sensor probe configured to house one or more coils of resistive electrical wire, an electrical circuit configured to energize each coil so as generate heat within the sensor probe and receive output signals from each coil, the sensor probe comprising a heat transfer material designed to facilitate heat transfer between the sensor probe and a surrounding medium surrounding the sensor probe, and a processing unit configured to measure the output signals from each coil to determine changes in level, temperature, and/or flow rate of the surrounding medium based on changes in the output signals.
LIQUID LEVEL INDICATING
In some examples, a liquid container comprises a chamber forming a volume containing a liquid, an elongated strip extending into the volume containing the liquid, a plurality of heaters supported by the strip along the strip, and a plurality of temperature sensors supported by the strip along the strip. The temperature sensors output signals indicative of dissipation of heat from the heaters to indicate a level of the liquid in the volume.
