SWITCHING DEVICE AND A LIQUID LEVEL DETECTION APPARATUS EMPLOYING THE SWITCHING DEVICE
A switching device includes a first enclosure containing a switch, a rod-shaped second enclosure having a second end connected to the first enclosure, a detector unit in the second enclosure, and a float disposed around the second enclosure and capable of moving along it. As the float moves from the first end of the second enclosure toward the second end, when the float enters a first position range, a first position sensor senses the float and transmits a first sensing signal to a detection circuit; when the float enters a second position range, a second position sensor senses the float and transmits a second sensing signal to the detection circuit. The detection circuit close a switch in response to the second sensing signal to turn on an external appliance. The switching device is flexible, reliable, and inexpensive to produce.

SENSOR INTERFACE TECHNOLOGY
A universal sensor interface system includes a sensor assembly and an adapter with twist to lock and twist to unlock functionality. The sensor assembly has a sensor interface box and a transducer communicatively connected to the sensor interface box by a cable. The adapter is configured to connect to an access aperture of a container for holding a fluid. The sensor interface box has a first connection interface, and the adapter has a complementary second connection interface. The first connection interface and the second connection interface cooperate to facilitate connection of the sensor assembly to the access aperture of the container and disconnection of the sensor assembly from the access aperture of the container.
Measurement of dielectric liquid level change in single phase or two-phase immersion cooling systems
The instant application pertains to new liquid level monitoring apparatus and a cooling system for computer components that employs the liquid level monitoring apparatus. In one embodiment, the liquid level measurement device comprises a load cell and a buoyancy element. The buoyancy element is configured to be partially submerged in a dielectric liquid. The load cell and the buoyancy element are operably connected such that a change in liquid volume may be determined using Archimedes' principle.

Contact material suitable for slider for fuel sender, and slider for fuel sender
Proposed is a contact material constituting a slider for a fuel sender, the slider moving on a conductor in conjunction with a float moving in accordance with a liquid level, wherein the contact material includes 10 to 25 mass % of nickel and a balance of palladium. The present contact material is useful in the light of material cost in addition to corrosion resistance and durability. The fuel sender is useful for vehicles, such as FFV, using composite fuel of alcohol and the like. The present invention allows for producing a slider for a fuel sender having excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Pool water level and vacuum monitor
The pool water level and vacuum monitor is a device that is adapted to be seated on a pool deck adjacent to a swimming pool, and which monitors water level when filling a pool liner whilst a vacuum is removing air from behind a pool liner and a concrete wall of a pool. Moreover, the pool water level and vacuum monitor includes a telescoping armature that extends aside of a housing. The telescoping armature includes a cord and a float member on a distal end of the cord. The float member is adapted to rest on a pool surface of the swimming pool, and moves to close a float switch integrated in the float member. The float switch is able to turn off all circuitry associated within the housing.
