Liquid level detection device
A liquid level detection device includes a magnet holder having a magnet housed inside a holder body in which a shaft recess is formed; a sensor housing having a shaft portion protruding from the housing body and rotatably supporting the magnet holder; a float arm whose one end is fixed to a magnet holder and whose another end is attached to a float; a Hall IC provided in the sensor housing and detecting a displacement of the magnet; an annular protrusion protruding around the shaft portion from a front surface of the housing body and facing a bottom surface of the holder body; and a recess formed on the bottom surface of the holder body and into which a protruding end of the protrusion is inserted.
Filling Level Indicator
A filling level indicator for determining a filling level in a tank, having a resistor network, a contact element, and a magnetic element. The contact element is spaced apart from the resistor network and the magnetic element is movable relative to the resistor network and the contact element. The contact element has a contact region deflectable by the magnetic element. An electrically conductive connection between the contact region and the resistor network is produced by deflection of the contact region. The contact region is formed by a planar tape-shaped element and the contact region has contact portions that are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction. The contact portions are separated from one another by separation regions.

POSITION DETECTION SENSOR
A position detection sensor includes a rod-shaped contact part having a distal end and a proximal end, the contact part being configured such that an outer peripheral surface thereof at the distal end contacts an object and the contact part pivots about the proximal end in accordance with displacement of the object; a movable part configured to move with a pivot of the contact part; and a magnetic switch configured to sense a presence of the movable part and detect a position of the object when the movable part moves to approach a predetermined distance. The contact part is elastic and includes a columnar outer member constituting an outer peripheral portion of the contact part and a rod-shaped inner member inserted in the outer member and having an elastic modulus larger than that of the outer member.
Liquid level detector support made of metal
A liquid-level-detector support made of metal includes a support body engaged with a thickness-direction first portion of the liquid level detector and a fixing portion provided in the support body configured to fix the liquid level detector to the support body.

Level sensor for continuous level detection and integration into process control system
The disclosed techniques enable the installation of a level sensor capable of continuously detecting a level of fluid in a vessel or tank and capable of being integrated in a larger control system. Advantageously, sensor head of the disclosed level sensor can be installed on existing installations with an existing displacer or float and an existing member or rod. The disclosed techniques thus enable process plants to easily and affordably replace pneumatic level sensors with a more environmentally friendly option.
