The present disclosure discloses an automated cleaning robot which includes a robot body capable of realizing automatic walking and a mop mechanism provided at a rear end of the robot body. The mop mechanism includes a mount support rotatably connected to the robot body, a rotation component received in and rotatably connected to the mount support, a crawler-type wiping cloth sleeving outside the rotation component, and a lifting mechanism being in transmission connection with the mount support, for driving a rear end of the mount support to ascend or descend relative to a front end of the mount support.

CLEANING ROBOT

A cleaning robot includes a main body and a cleaning module. The main body is configured to move on a floor along a travelling direction. The cleaning module includes a first shaft and some first roller sets. The first shaft is connected with the main body. The first shaft extends along a first axis perpendicular to the travelling direction. The first roller sets are separated from each other. Each first roller set includes a first bearing, a first tire and a first flexible structure. The first shaft penetrates through the first bearing. The first tire includes a first cleaning surface configured to abut against the floor. The first flexible structure includes a first inner surface and a first outer surface. The first inner surface abuts against the first bearing. The first outer surface abuts against the first tire. The first flexible structure has a first elasticity.

FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE

A floor cleaning machine is provided, including a base, a rocker which is arranged at the base via a first pivot bearing for pivotal movement about a first pivot axis, a sweeping roller which is arranged at the rocker via a rotary bearing for rotational movement about a rotary axis, a motor device for rotatably driving the sweeping roller, and a traction drive having a traction member for transmitting torque from the motor device to the sweeping roller, wherein the traction member includes a load-side section, wherein a lever is arranged at the base via a second pivot bearing for pivotal movement about a second pivot axis, wherein the lever is articulated to the rocker, and wherein a deflection element for the traction member is arranged at the lever, wherein the traction member is guided on the deflection element in the load-side section.

Coverage robots and associated cleaning bins

An autonomous coverage robot includes a chassis, a drive system configured to maneuver the robot, and a cleaning assembly. The cleaning assembly includes a cleaning assembly housing and at least one driven sweeper brush. The robot includes a controller and a removable sweeper bin configured to receive debris agitated by the driven sweeper brush. The sweeper bin includes an emitter disposed on an interior surface of the bin and a receiver disposed remotely from the emitter on the interior surface of the bin and configured to receive an emitter signal. The emitter and the receiver are disposed such that a threshold level of accumulation of debris in the sweeper bin blocks the receiver from receiving emitter emissions. The robot includes a bin controller disposed in the sweeper bin and monitoring a detector signal and initiating a bin full routine upon determining a bin debris accumulation level requiring service.

Debris monitoring

A debris monitoring system includes a receptacle, a first and a second emitter, and a first receiver. The receptacle defines an opening to receive debris into the receptacle. The first and second emitter are each arranged to emit a signal across at least a portion of the opening. The first receiver is proximate to the first emitter to receive reflections of the signal emitted by the first emitter, and the first receiver is disposed toward the opening to receive an unreflected portion of the signal emitted by the second emitter across at least a portion of the opening.

Handheld cleaning device

A handheld cleaning device includes a surface-moving portion and an upright portion. The surface-moving portion is in contact with a surface to be cleaned and is connected with the upright portion. The upright portion is configured to move the surface-moving portion in a case in which the surface-moving portion is in operation. The handheld cleaning device further includes a power battery configured to supply power to the handheld cleaning device. The surface-moving portion further includes at least two non-coaxial brushrolls configured to clean stains on the surface to be cleaned. The rotation speed of each brushroll is less than 3000 r/min.

Traveling body device

Provided is an electric cleaning device capable of easily and reliably directing a camera toward an object and imaging the object. An electric cleaning device includes an electric vacuum cleaner main body capable of autonomously traveling, and a charging device that guides the electric vacuum cleaner main body, and can image an object. A control part has an imaging mode in which the control part makes a main body case travel so as to approach the charging device in line with guide signals received by a light receiving part, and performs imaging in a set direction with a camera based on the guide signals when the main body case reaches a position at a predetermined distance from the charging device.
