Liquid metering pump, and device for detecting the variation in pressure for such a pump

A liquid metering pump includes an intake nozzle (2) provided with an intake valve (3) communicating with a working chamber (4) in which a piston (5) can be moved in an alternating translation movement, suction being produced, with the intake valve open, when the piston moves away from the nozzle, and delivery being produced, with the intake valve closed and liquid emerging through an outlet valve, when the piston moves towards the nozzle. The pump includes, between the intake valve (3) and the working chamber (4), a device (D) for detecting the variation in pressure, the device (D) including a duct (10), which is connected at one end to the working chamber (4) and is provided at its other end with the intake valve (3), and an element (11) which is sensitive to the pressure in the duct, the element (11) being mounted in the wall of the duct.

PRESSURE INDICATOR
20170146419 · 2017-05-25 · ·

A pressure indicator: a body having a pressure chamber which has an inlet for communication with a fluid; a resilient diaphragm having a periphery sealed against the body and having one side thereof exposed to the fluid within the chamber; an indicating arm having an inner end which is integrally formed with the other side of the diaphragm and an outer end arm which is adjacent to a scale, the arrangement being such that pressure of the fluid within the chamber causes resilient deformation of the diaphragm which in turn causes the outer end of the arm to move relative to the scale thereby indicating the pressure of the fluid in the chamber.

Elastic component providing indication of proper installation
09643114 · 2017-05-09 · ·

An apparatus having a bottom assembly with a fitting for interfacing to connect the bottom assembly to a second structure, having an elastic element that, when sufficient force is applied via the process of mating the bottom assembly to the second structure, and at an appropriate pressure value, passes from a first stable position, through a threshold, and to a second position, creating a tactile or audible indication that the apparatus has been properly installed.

Passive pressure sensing using sensor with resonator having bridged ends
09625338 · 2017-04-18 · ·

A pressure sensor for sensing pressure of a fluid includes a diaphragm flexure and a crystal retaining flexure. The diaphragm flexure is designed to exert imparted force on the crystal retaining flexure. The imparted force is proportional to fluid pressure exerted on the diaphragm flexure. The pressure sensor further includes a resonator having opposing curved end portions connected to each other by a bridge section. A portion of the crystal retaining flexure is positioned between the diaphragm flexure and the resonator. The crystal retaining flexure is designed to exert a load on the resonator. The load results from the imparted force exerted on the crystal retaining flexure by the diaphragm flexure.

Sensor having a plurality of diaphragms

A sensor includes a housing having a body, a plurality of ports, and a plurality of cavities. The ports include a first port and a second port, and the cavities include a first cavity disposed in the first port and a second cavity disposed in the second port. The sensor includes a first diaphragm disposed in the first port and enclosing the first cavity and a second diaphragm disposed in the second port and enclosing the second cavity. The first diaphragm and the second diaphragm are coplanar with one another in a first plane. The sensor includes a die disposed in the first cavity and having a membrane that is deflectable according to a differential pressure between a first pressure in the first cavity and a second pressure in the second cavity. The die is attached to the housing along a second plane parallel to the first plane.

Inflatable product and built-in air pump assembly

An air pump assembly includes; a main air pump in a chamber; and an air pressure adjustment assembly including: a housing in the chamber; a flexible board defining a first chamber on a first side of the board and a second chamber on a second side of the board, the first chamber in fluid communication with an inflatable chamber of the inflatable product, and the second chamber in fluid communication with an exterior of the inflatable product. The adjustment assembly further includes: an adjusting device including a positioning component and an elastic member on the second side of the board, the elastic member disposed between the positioning component and the board, and a position of one end of the elastic member defined by the positioning component; and a driving device coupled to the positioning component to thereby drive the positioning component to move relative to the housing.
