A cleaning apparatus for domestic use having: a bucket intended to contain water; a support mounted in the bucket and intended to support a water absorbing element for floor cleaning; a tank intended to contain water and provided with a nozzle intended to distribute the water contained inside the tank; and a support means fixed to the bucket to support the tank, in such a way that the nozzle of the tank is situated above the support in order to rinse the water absorbing element disposed on the support of the bucket with clean water.

Disclosed is a spin type mop cleaning bucket that is suitable for cleaning a foldable flat mop, comprising a bucket body and a spinning device mounted on a bottom portion of the bucket body, the spinning device having a spinning element and a pair of receiving recesses, and the spinning element being spun around a longitudinal axis of the spinning element to spin on the bucket body, wherein the pair of receiving recesses is provide to receive the folded foldable flat mop such that the spinning element of the spinning device spins on the bucket body as driven by a spinning force of the foldable flat mop which is spinning.

A floor cleaning system and a method of cleaning a floor are provided. The cleaning system includes a flat headed mop. The system also includes a frame and at least one compartment removably coupled to the frame. A wringing assembly is fluidly coupled to the at least one compartment, the wringing assembly comprising a fixed extractor element and at least one roller movable from a first position when the mop head is being inserted to a second position when the mop head is being withdrawn.

A spin mop and bucket system to assist in dewatering a mop is disclosed. The spin mop may have a handle assembly slidably connected with a spiral member, and a mop head that is attached to the spiral member. When the handle assembly moves along the spiral member, the spiral member rotates causing the mop head to rotate. The mop head may articulate relative to the handle assembly and may be pivotally connected to the spiral member and also pivotally connected to a swivel member located between the spiral member and a mop head base. The mop head may be received in a wringer basket of a bucket assembly, such that when the mop head spins, the wringer basket spins to expel any excess fluid from the mop head.
