The transmission member is disposed in the inner bucket. The pumping member is disposed in the inner bucket for receiving the transmission member therein. The transmission member is disposed in the inner bucket. The pumping member is disposed in the inner bucket for receiving the transmission member therein. The filtering member is disposed in the inner bucket and surrounding the transmission member and the pumping member. The covering plate is disposed in the inner bucket and above the filtering member and includes a plurality of openings.

An apparatus for cleaning mop material for use with a bucket, said apparatus comprising a wringer and a scrubbing apparatus, said scrubbing apparatus comprising a first scrubbing member and a second scrubbing member, said first scrubbing member and said second scrubbing member arranged substantially opposite one another, said first scrubbing member resiliently biased towards said second scrubbing member, such that the distance between said first scrubbing member and said second scrubbing member is variable to engage mop material inserted between said first scrubbing member and said second scrubbing member.

An apparatus for cleaning mop material for use with a bucket, said apparatus comprising a wringer and a scrubbing apparatus, said scrubbing apparatus comprising a first scrubbing member and a second scrubbing member, said first scrubbing member and said second scrubbing member arranged substantially opposite one another, said first scrubbing member resiliently biased towards said second scrubbing member, such that the distance between said first scrubbing member and said second scrubbing member is variable to engage mop material inserted between said first scrubbing member and said second scrubbing member.

A rinsing device for boosting the quality of the rinsing of a cleaning device to facilitate and improve the cleanness of surface cleaning, the rinsing device comprising a first tank (41) provided to collect wastewater coming from the cleaning device, a second tank (42) provided to store clean water, and a mechanical pumping device (15, 50) configured to pump clean water coming from the second tank (42) to wet the cleaning device.

A rinsing device for boosting the quality of the rinsing of a cleaning device to facilitate and improve the cleanness of surface cleaning, the rinsing device comprising a first tank (41) provided to collect wastewater coming from the cleaning device, a second tank (42) provided to store clean water, and a mechanical pumping device (15, 50) configured to pump clean water coming from the second tank (42) to wet the cleaning device.
