Double-layered flame resistant garment
A flame resistant shirt includes an outer layer that has a main body portion and a pair of sleeves. The main body portion terminates in a bottom edge. The flame resistant shirt also includes an inner curtain that is coupled to an inner surface of the main body portion and has a top edge and an opposing bottom edge. The top edge of the inner curtain is located at a waist region of the main body portion and the inner curtain extends downwardly therefrom and the bottom edge of the inner curtain is disposed above the bottom edge of the main body portion. The inner curtain is intended to be tucked into a bottom garment, while the outer layer is intended to be worn untucked.
Aerographics and denier differential zoned garments
The present disclosure relates to a multi-layered design for an article of apparel such as swimwear. In particular, at least one layer may include a stretch resistant matrix made of a thermoplastic polymer, a silicone or other similar material to provide additional support and modesty to certain areas of the apparel, such as the bust area. Further, a method of manufacturing the article of apparel is also disclosed. According to aspects described herein, the layers may be integrated using techniques to increase the overall integrity of the apparel.

A configurable shirt may include a shirt including a front and rear face, and a top and bottom half. The bottom half may include an inner and outer layer. A top edge of the inner layer may be attached to an inside surface of the outer layer along a first horizontal perimeter. The front and rear face may border along a vertical perimeter. The configurable shirt may further include an attachment perimeter along a second horizontal perimeter. A bottom edge of the outer layer may include an attachment mechanism. The attachment mechanism may interface with the attachment perimeter to attach the bottom edge of the outer layer to the attachment perimeter. The configurable shirt may include a first and second position. In the first position, the attachment mechanism may be attached to the attachment perimeter. In the second position, the attachment mechanism may not be attached to the attachment perimeter.

Impact-Attenuation Sub-Layer for a Shoulder-Pad System
Aspects herein relate to a shoulder-pad system that may be used to attenuate impact in various contexts. The shoulder-pad system may have a number of subcomponents, which may include an impact plate assembly, an impact-attenuation sub-layer, a base-layer garment, and a securing garment, among others. The shoulder-pad system may be described as modular, in that the various subcomponents may be added to, and/or removed from the system when it is desirable to do so.
