A dish treating appliance includes a cabinet defining an interior with an access opening. A door is hingedly mounted to the cabinet for pivoting movement about a pivot axis between closed and opened positions to selectively close and open the access opening. A door opener includes a housing mounted to the cabinet and defining a pin opening facing the door. An opening pin is located within the housing and aligned with the pin opening. The invention relates to a spraying device, a cleaning machine for cleaning medical, pharmaceutical and/or laboratory utensils, a retrofitting device for retrofitting a hydraulic spraying device and a method for cleaning medical, pharmaceutical and/or laboratory utensils. At least one washing arm (3, 3a) is rotatably arranged on an axle (4) and can be supplied with cleaning fluid from a cleaning fluid supply line (5) in the axle (4). The washing arm (3, 3a) is provided with outlet openings (6) from which jets of cleaning fluid can be directed onto the utensils (8). The spraying device (2) has a drive device (9) for actively driving the washing arm (3, 3a). The drive device (9) comprises a turbine (11) which is in operative connection with the washing arm (3, 3a) in such a way that a rotation of the turbine (11) leads to a rotation of the washing arm (3, 3a). The drive device (9) also has a drive fluid line (10, 10a) separate from the cleaning fluid supply line (5). The turbine (11) can be driven by a drive fluid flowing out of the separate drive fluid line (10, 10a).

A system and method for cleaning a dish, comprising: illuminating said dish with a light source; capturing an image of said dish with a camera; inspecting said image to determine if said dish is clean; and estimating locations of dirty regions on said dish; spraying a fluid with a first nozzle on said dish with a predetermined spray distribution, wherein said first nozzle can reorient or relocate to spray said fluid on any region of said dish visible in said image; and spraying a fluid with a second nozzle on said dish with a spray distribution having a smaller coverage than that of said first nozzle, wherein said second nozzle is relocated or reoriented such that the fluid reaches said dirty regions at said locations on said dish; whereby dirty regions of said dish are targeted for a fast and efficient cleaning of said dish.

A system and method for cleaning a dish, comprising: illuminating said dish with a light source; capturing an image of said dish with a camera; inspecting said image to determine if said dish is clean; and estimating locations of dirty regions on said dish; spraying a fluid with a first nozzle on said dish with a predetermined spray distribution, wherein said first nozzle can reorient or relocate to spray said fluid on any region of said dish visible in said image; and spraying a fluid with a second nozzle on said dish with a spray distribution having a smaller coverage than that of said first nozzle, wherein said second nozzle is relocated or reoriented such that the fluid reaches said dirty regions at said locations on said dish; whereby dirty regions of said dish are targeted for a fast and efficient cleaning of said dish.

A dishwasher, dishwasher sprayer, and method for assembling the same utilize a rotatable conduit that is supported in a cantilevered fashion on a wash tub wall of the dishwasher. The rotatable conduit may be supported within a conduit support and may project through an aperture in the conduit support, and may include a shoulder portion that inhibits axial movement of the rotatable conduit within the conduit support.
