Dish washer
Disclosed a dishwasher, wherein dishes placed on a conveyor are washed, rinsed, and dried while being sequentially conveyed to a washing chamber, a rinsing chamber, and a drying chamber, the dishwasher including: a heat exchanger allowing hot air to be supplied to the drying chamber by heat exchange; a wash water tank in which water supplied to the washing chamber or the rinsing chamber is stored; and a spray device spraying water supplied from the wash water tank onto the dishes placed on the conveyor, whereby it is possible to save energy by providing a single heat exchanger to preheat wash water and rinse water and supply hot air to the drying chamber, and to improve circulation of wash water by a filtering device applied to a structure for reusing wash water, thereby improving sanitation of dishwashing.
Dishwasher and sump assembly
A dishwasher includes a tub at least partially defining a treating chamber with an access opening, a sump fluidly coupled to the treating chamber, at least one sprayer emitting liquid into the treating chamber, a pump, a conduit fluidly coupling the sump to the pump and the pump to the at least one sprayer, thereby defining a recirculation circuit through which the liquid sprayed into the treating chamber collects in the sump and is pumped back to the at least one sprayer, a filter assembly provided in the sump and having a filter through which at least a portion of the liquid passes, and an insert sleeve at least partially located within the filter assembly.
Dishwashing machine
Dishwashing machine including an outer casing with an inner washing cavity adapted to accommodating a dishwasher rack. A catchment sink assembly is located on the bottom of the inner washing cavity to collect and accumulate liquid trickling down from the dishwasher rack momentarily located above the catchment sink assembly. The catchment sink assembly includes a basin-shaped catchment tank. A cup-shaped drain sump extends downwards from the bottom of the catchment tank and directly communicates with the inside of the catchment tank to receive washing or rinsing liquid arriving on the bottom of the catchment tank. A tubular member communicates with the catchment tank and is detachably fitted into a corresponding tubular outlet portion in the drain sump to divide the inner volume of the drain sump into a first inner-volume portion directly connected to a water drain line, and a second inner-volume portion directly connected to the suction of the pump.
Dishwasher filter assembly
A dishwasher includes a tub with an access opening to a treating chamber, a sump, at least one sprayer emitting liquid into the treating chamber, a pump, a conduit fluidly coupling the sump to the pump and the pump to the at least one sprayer, thereby defining a recirculation circuit through which the liquid sprayed into the treating chamber collects in the sump and is pumped back to the at least one sprayer. The dishwasher also includes a filter assembly in the sump for filtering the liquid in the recirculation circuit including a cleaning element.
Dishwasher appliance with a fine filter
A dishwasher appliance includes a filter assembly positioned between a pump and a spray body along a flow path between the pump and the spray body. The filter assembly includes a cylindrical filter medium positioned within a housing proximate an inlet of the housing. A plurality of vanes is distributed around the cylindrical filter medium. The plurality of vanes is rotatable about the cylindrical filter medium.
Rotating drum filter for a dishwashing machine
A dishwasher with a tub and a recirculation pump, which includes a housing defining a chamber and having an inlet fluidly coupled to the tub and an outlet fluidly coupled to the tub, an impeller rotatably mounted within the chamber and expelling liquid from the chamber through the outlet, and a filter fluidly disposed between the inlet and the outlet.
Auxiliary gray water source device for commercial kitchens
An auxiliary gray water supply device captures used wash water from a commercial warewashing machine for supply to a pre-rinse station without substantial modification of the commercial warewashing machine. The captured wash water and treatment agent are delivered to a pre-rinse station for pre-rinsing of dishes that will be washed within the commercial warewashing machine.
DISHWASHER WITH HEAT PUMP
The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher having a heat pump, including a dishwasher body provided with a tub configured with a washing space therein and a sump provided at a bottom of the tub to temporarily accommodate washing water; a heat pump having a compressor, an evaporator, an expansion apparatus, and a sump condenser provided inside the sump to exchange heat with washing water inside the sump; and a controller that controls the heat pump to be driven so as to increase the temperature of the washing water inside the sump. As a result, a heating time of washing water may be shortened, thereby suppressing washing time from being prolonged.
Single drive axis motor for a dishwasher appliance
A dishwasher appliance is provided having a fluid circulation assembly that uses a single motor and a common drive shaft to rotate both a wash pump impeller and a drain pump impeller. The wash pump impeller and the drain pump impeller are separated by a filter to prevent food soil from being circulated by the wash pump impeller. The common drive shaft passes through an aperture in the filter, the aperture being sealed to prevent the passing of food soil by an inlet guide assembly. The inlet guide assembly includes an upper inlet guide and a lower inlet guide that define a clearance bore and a washer chamber. A washer is positioned in the washer chamber to prevent the flow of food soil through the clearance bore.
