Liquid leak control appliance pedestal
Appliance pedestal that contains liquid leaks due to condensation, overflow, or system failure originating from the supported liquid filled or handling appliance, provides for multiple methods of discharge of collected liquids, and reduces installation and maintenance requirements and their associated hazards and provides an improved ergonomic operating position for the appliance operator.
Drawer type single cavity dishwashing appliance with convertible drip shields
A single cavity dishwashing appliance with one or more drawers is disclosed. The drawer may be moveable between a closed position and an open position. A drip shield may be provided to prevent washing fluid from dripping onto the floor or onto the inner components of the dishwashing appliance when the drawer is in the open position.
DISHWASHING APPLIANCES AND FLUID-LOSS MITIGATION
A wash or dishwashing appliance may include a cabinet, a tub, a door, a fluid pump, a controller, a low-power input sensor, and a conditioning circuit. The controller may be configured to alternate between an active operational mode and a standby mode. The low-power input sensor may be configured to detect a fluid-loss event at the dishwashing appliance at the standby mode of the controller and transmit a fluid-loss signal in response to detecting the fluid-loss event. The conditioning circuit may be attached to the cabinet in electrical communication with the low-power input sensor and separate from the controller. The conditioning circuit may be configured to receive the fluid-loss signal apart from the controller at the standby mode and initiate a mitigation action in response to receiving the fluid-loss signal.

Heat pump dishwasher
A heat pump dishwasher includes a chassis and a heat pump system. A liquid collecting groove is provided at an upper side of the chassis. The heat pump system includes an evaporator and a compressor, both the evaporator and the compressor are installed at the chassis, and the compressor is installed at the liquid collecting groove. Condensed water may be collected, and condensation water may be avoided in the liquid collecting groove and may reduce the corrosion of the liquid collecting groove and may reduce interruptions to the operation of electrical components.
Dishwasher, method for operating a dishwasher, and computer program product
A dishwasher includes a dishwasher interior for washing items to be washed with washing liquor. Arranged at a lower end of the dishwasher interior is a pump sump for collecting the washing liquor, and a sensor is arranged in the pump sump for outputting a sensor signal as a function of a presence of washing liquor at the sensor. A control apparatus configured to carry out a washing program selected from a number of washing programs is designed to determine a malfunction of a component of a hydraulic assembly as a function of the sensor signal and of a current operating state of the dishwasher.
Dishwasher
A dishwasher includes a tub in which dishes are stored, a base disposed below the tub, a dry air supplier configured to spray air to the tub, and a cover disposed to expose the dry air supplier through an opening formed in a bottom surface of the base and configured to close the opening by being coupled to the base.
