Apparatus, method, computer-readable storage medium for non-destructive inspection of bicycle based on analyzing amount of scale value change
A non-destructive inspection apparatus is provided. The non-destructive inspection apparatus includes at least one memory configured to store commands for performing predetermined operations, and at least one processor operatively coupled to the at least one memory and configured to execute the commands. The at least one processor is configured to obtain information on a transmission amount of an X-ray by emitting the X-ray to a part of a bicycle, generate a gray scale image based on the information on the transmission, measure an amount of change in a gray value from one end to the other end of the part of the bicycle represented in the gray scale image along an extending direction of the part, and detect an area in which the amount of change in the gray value is equal to or greater than a threshold, as an abnormal area.

System and method for inspecting defects of structure by using x-ray
A method of detecting a defect in a wind turbine blade uses a system that includes an X-ray generator, moved by a first transporting means, that generates X-ray to be irradiated to the wind turbine blade; an X-ray detector, moved by a second transporting means, that detects the X-ray generated by the X-ray generator and transmitted through the wind turbine blade; and a control unit. To detect a defect, the control unit divides virtually the wind turbine blade into a plurality of lengthwise sections based on a thickness profile thereof, receives a location of the X-ray generator, and controls output of the X-ray generator based on the location of the X-ray generator relative to the plurality of lengthwise sections. In particular, the output of the X-ray generator is decreased for a section among the plurality of lengthwise sections that is farther from a hub of the wind turbine blade.
Inspection method and manufacturing method for molded resin product as well as inspection device and manufacturing device for molded resin product
For the purpose of enabling high-accuracy detection as to whether a molded resin product is a non-defective product or a defective product and advance detection of a molded resin product that may suffer deformation or the like in the future, the present invention relates to an inspection method and a manufacturing method for a molded resin product as well as an inspection device and a manufacturing device for a molded resin product, wherein, in an inspection of a joint interface of a molded resin product divided into a plurality of members, the height positions of defect candidates are measured from the results of detecting X rays radiated via at least two paths when the X rays are transmitted through the molded resin product, which makes it possible to detect a defect with high accuracy.

Method and device for the X-ray inspection of products, in particular foodstuffs
A method for the X-ray inspection of products of a predefined product type including at least one first component and one second component having different absorption coefficients for X-radiation. X-radiation with a spectral range is transmitted through a product to be examined. The X-radiation that has passed through the product is detected by means of a spectrally resolving X-ray detector. The spectrally resolving X-ray detector assigns the X-ray quanta to a number of energy channels and generates image data which for each pixel include spectral values for selected or all energy channels and/or total spectral values for one or more groups of adjacent energy channels. At least one mapping rule is used to process the image data to form a total image, where each mapping rule is designed such that spectral values or total spectral values are mapped onto a total image value of an image point.

Calibration method for X-ray measuring device
A calibration method for an X-ray measuring device includes mounting a calibration tool on a rotating table, identifying centroid positions from an output of an X-ray image detector, calculating projection transformation matrixes from the centroid positions and known relative positional intervals, repeating to identify the centroid positions from the output of the X-ray image detector and to calculate the projection transformation matrixes from the centroid positions and known relative positional intervals while the rotating table is rotated twice or more by a predetermined angle, and calculating a rotation center position of the rotating table on the basis of the projection transformation matrixes. The calibration method thereby allows easy calculation of the rotation center position of the rotating table on which an object to be measured is mounted in a rotatable manner, with the simple process.
