DISH CLEANING BY DIRT LOCALIZATION AND TARGETING
A system and method for cleaning a dish, comprising: capturing at least one image of said dish using at least one camera; computing a bounding polygon for a dirty region in said image, wherein said dirty region is a region of said dish containing unwanted material that needs to be removed; computing a three dimensional representation of said bounding polygon by estimating three dimensional locations of multiple points within said bounding polygon; computing a spray pattern within said three dimensional representation of said bounding polygon such that the spray pattern substantially covers all regions of said three dimensional representation; and spraying a fluid on said dirty region of said dish with a nozzle, wherein said nozzle is reoriented or relocated such that said fluid reaches at least one location within said three dimensional representation of said bounding polygon according to said spray pattern, whereby dirty regions of said dish are targeted for a fast and efficient cleaning of said dish.
Pipette tip washing device
A washing device comprises a manifold dispenser comprising at least one liquid input and a plurality of liquid outputs that operably direct fluid to contact a plurality of laboratory consumables held by a rack in the washing device, an ultra-violet (UV) light source, and a plurality of fiber optic channels coupled to the UV light source, each of the fiber optic channels extending into a corresponding one of the liquid outputs. The plurality of liquid outputs may each comprise a nozzle having an opening into which a respective one of the plurality of fiber optic channels extends.
HIGH SPEED REUSABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER WASHING SYSTEM WITH POP-UP ULTRAVIOLET SANITIZER
A beverage container washing system may be used for rapid washing and/or sanitizing of beverage containers, e.g., for use in a retail environment to wash and/or sanitize customer-provided beverage containers prior to filling the beverage containers with purchased beverages, among other applications. The beverage container washing system may include a pop-up ultraviolet sanitizer that may be used to sanitize an interior of a beverage container by extending into an opening of the beverage container and emitting ultraviolet light onto an interior surface of the beverage container.
Device and method for sterilizing and storage of laboratory consumables
A method of sterilizing and storing laboratory consumables comprises slidably receiving a carrier holding a plurality of laboratory consumables into each of one or more of a plurality of storage compartments within an interior chamber defined in a housing, exposing the plurality of laboratory consumables to ultraviolet (UV) light from a UV lamp positioned above each respective storage compartment and from a UV lamp positioned below each respective storage compartment, determining from which of the plurality of storage compartments a carrier should be removed based on for which carrier a longest period of time has elapsed since going through a predefined sterilization procedure, and indicating to a user into which of the plurality of storage compartments a carrier should be placed or indicating to a user from which of the plurality of storage compartments a carrier should be removed.
Cutting board and washer system and method
A cutting board integrated with an associated washing device is provided. The washing device includes a kitchen appliance such as a dishwasher. The cutting board is configurable with the washing device in a variety of ways. The cutting board is incorporated into the washing device and extendable from the front of the washer for use in preparing food. After use, the board is retracted back into the washer for cleaning.
Household dishwasher
A household dishwasher includes: a washing water spray nozzle module disposed on an area of inner surfaces of a washing chamber and spraying washing water, which is supplied from a water supply tube, into the washing chamber; a steam generation module disposed in the washing chamber and supplying steam into the washing chamber using the washing water supplied from the washing water spray nozzle module; an induction module disposed on an outer surface of the washing chamber and heating the washing water supplied in the washing chamber; an ultrasonic vibration module disposed on an outer surface of the washing chamber and applying ultrasonic vibration to the washing water in the washing chamber to perform ultrasonic washing; and a controller disposed in a body and controlling operational relationships of internal components in response to washing order signals from a user.

PIPETTE TIP WASHING DEVICE
A washing device comprises a manifold dispenser comprising at least one liquid input and a plurality of liquid outputs that operably direct fluid to contact a plurality of laboratory consumables held by a rack in the washing device. A number of the plurality of liquid outputs being at least equal to a number of the plurality of laboratory consumables such that each liquid output of the plurality of liquid outputs operably directs the liquid at a corresponding laboratory consumable of the plurality of laboratory consumables.
CONTAINER-PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A CONTAINER-PROCESSING MACHINE
Described is a method for cleaning a tunnel-shaped container-processing machine, in particular a tunnel pasteurizer, and a container-processing machine designed accordingly, in particular a tunnel pasteuriser, for beverage bottles or similar containers. Since hydroxyl radicals are produced mechanically in process water for the container-processing machine the tunnel pasteuriser and/or are introduced into same, and organic impurities present in the container-processing machine in the tunnel pasteuriser are also mineralized by the hydroxyl radicals in the process water, microorganisms based thereon can be removed more easily and in addition their nutrient basis removed from them.
