A door for an appliance includes a front panel defining an opening. A top panel is positioned at a top portion of the front panel above the opening of the front panel. A top panel bracket is disposed within the front panel. The top panel bracket is mounted within the front panel such that the top panel bracket is fixed relative to the front panel. The top panel is positioned on and mounted to the top panel bracket. The top panel bracket defines a slot. A pocket handle is disposed at the opening of the front panel. The pocket handle includes a projection. The projection is disposed within the slot of the top panel bracket.

A dishwashing appliance includes a cabinet and a tub in the cabinet. The tub defines a wash chamber for receipt of articles for washing. A door is rotatably mounted to the cabinet for movement between a closed position wherein the wash chamber is sealingly enclosed and an open position permitting access to the wash chamber for loading and unloading of articles from the dishwashing appliance. The dishwashing appliance also includes a control console positioned on the door. The control console includes a console cover on an exterior surface of the door, a console bracket mounted within an interior of the door and proximate the console cover, and a circuit board attached to an interior surface of the console cover with a double-sided adhesive film. The double-sided adhesive film sealingly engages the console cover and the console bracket.

A dishwashing appliance, as provided herein, may include door having a frame, an opaque back panel, a light-guide panel, a light source, a transparent liquid crystal display, and an exterior panel. The frame may extend along a transverse direction between a rear internal end and a front external end. The opaque back panel may be mounted to the frame at the front external end. The light-guide panel may be attached to the frame forward from the opaque back panel. The light-guide panel may define a radial edge perpendicular to the transverse direction. The light source may be directed at the radial edge to project a light emission thereto. The transparent liquid crystal display panel may be attached to the frame forward from the light-guide panel. The exterior panel may be attached to the frame forward from the transparent liquid crystal display panel.

A detergent dispenser may be positioned to dispense detergent into a wash tub of a household appliance. The detergent dispenser may include a detergent cartridge. The detergent cartridge may include a detergent strip having a plurality of detergents. One or more ejection mechanisms may be used to expel the detergent from the detergent strip through an outlet of the detergent cartridge.
Dishwashing appliance having an air-drying dehumidification assembly
A dishwashing appliance, as provided herein, may include a cabinet, a tub, a pump, a spray assembly, a fluid recirculation duct, and a cold water line. The tub may be housed within the cabinet and define a wash chamber. The fluid recirculation duct may extend from a path inlet to a path outlet to recirculate air within the wash chamber. The path inlet may be defined in fluid communication between the wash chamber and the path outlet. The path outlet may be defined in fluid communication between the path inlet and the wash chamber downstream from the path inlet. The cold water line may extend through the fluid recirculation duct. The cold water line may define a cold water nozzle that is disposed within the fluid recirculation duct to provide a condensing, cold-water flow into the fluid recirculation duct between the path inlet and the path outlet.

The dishwasher may be installed in a built-in type in a system kitchen including a cabinet having an accommodating space and a counter positioned on the cabinet and including an opening. The dishwasher may include: a tub including a front opening; a front door configured to open or close the front opening; a top door configured to open or close the opening; a basket positioned in the inside of the tub, the basket being taken out through the front opening; and an additional basket being taken out through the opening.

A detergent dispenser may be positioned to dispense detergent into a wash tub of a household appliance, and may include: a detergent carrier with a plurality of detergent units, each of the detergent units including one or more walls defining a cavity with a dispensing opening, and a door movable between an open and closed position; a housing for receiving the detergent carrier, the housing including a dispensing outlet; a carrier driver for moving the detergent carrier between a plurality of positions, each position orienting one of the dispensing units proximate the dispensing outlet, where when one of the dispensing units is proximate the dispensing outlet the door of the one of the plurality of dispensing units is open, otherwise the door is closed.
