A data processing method for separating peaks of a plurality of components overlapping on a chromatogram from each other using actual data of a three-dimensional chromatogram including a chromatogram and a spectrum acquired by chromatographic analysis on a sample. The data processing method includes an adjustment target peak acquisition step of obtaining a plurality of adjustment target peaks by applying, to the chromatogram, a peak model function prepared in advance to approximate a waveform of the chromatogram, and an adjustment target peak adjustment step of setting a plurality of the adjustment target peaks obtained in the adjustment target peak acquisition step as initial values before adjustment, and repeating adjustment of the adjustment target peaks until pseudo data of a three-dimensional chromatogram on the sample obtained by combining the adjustment target peaks after adjustment is similar to the actual data.

An integrated viewer for multiple measurements according to a first aspect includes: a storage unit that stores, for each of a plurality of types of analyzers, a type of a feature amount obtained from a measurement result of the analyzer; a display control unit that displays types of feature amounts stored in the storage unit on a display screen in a selectable manner; and a registration unit that names and registers a set of types of feature amounts selected by an operator among the types of the feature amounts. The display control unit displays, side by side on the display screen, a first display region in which the type of the feature amount is displayed in a tab for each type of the analyzers and a second display region in which the set of types of the feature amounts selected by the operator is displayed.

A chromatographic data system processing apparatus includes a liquid feeder, a sample injector, a column that separates samples, a detector, a controller that processes a detected result of the detector, and a data processor that examines and sets operations of the liquid feeder, the column and the detector, and a measurement condition. The data processor generates a three-dimensional graph having three axes related to a pressure, a time, and a number of theoretical plates based on data or variables indicating a relationship between the number of theoretical plates and a flow rate, and data or variables indicating a relationship between the pressure and the flow rate. The chromatographic data system processing apparatus can easily obtain a separation condition for obtaining performance from a three-dimensional graph including a pressure drop, a hold-up time and a number of theoretical plates.
Peak correlation and clustering in fluidic sample separation
A device for analyzing measurement data having a plurality of data sets, each data set being assigned to a respective one of a plurality of measurements, each data set having multiple features being indicative of different fractions of a fluidic sample, the device comprising a cluster determining unit configured for determining feature clusters by clustering features from different data sets presumably relating to the same fraction, a spread determining unit configured for determining for at least a part of the feature clusters a spread of the features within a respective feature cluster, and a display unit configured for displaying at least the part of the feature clusters together with a graphical indication of the corresponding spread.
ANALYZING DEVICE
An analyzing device includes a splitting part for causing fluid containing a sample component to flow separately in a first flow passage and a second flow passage; an analyzing column provided on the first flow passage for separating the sample component from the fluid; a first back pressure regulating valve corresponding to a first pressure controlling unit for controlling a pressure in the first flow passage; and a second back pressure regulating valve corresponding to a second pressure controlling unit for controlling a pressure in the second flow passage, wherein flow rate of the fluid in the first flow passage and flow rate of the fluid in the second flow passage are controlled based on a ratio of the pressure in the first flow passage to the pressure in the second flow passage.
Biological sample analyzing system
A data storage section stores LC/MS analysis data for a large number of culture-medium samples acquired with an LC-MS. Based on those data, a quantitative analyzer calculates concentration values of a large number of compounds in each sample and stores the result in an analysis result storage section. A result display processor retrieves analysis results with the same culture name and different sampling date from the analysis result storage section, creates a table in which concentration values are arranged for each compound and for each sampling date, as well as a graph showing a temporal change in the concentration value of one compound, and displays the table and graph on the same window on a display unit. An operator using an operation unit selects a compound on the displayed table. The result display processor creates a graph for the selected compound and renews the graph on the display.
TECHNIQUES FOR ANALYTICAL SYSTEM DATA ACQUISITION
Techniques and apparatus for an analytical data acquisition process are described. In one embodiment, for example, an apparatus may include logic to submit a sample list for acquisition via an instrument system, the sample list comprising a plurality of injections for a mass analysis system, generate a queue element in a queue for the sample list, the queue element representing the plurality of injections of the sample list to be performed by the at least one instrument system, the queue comprising a plurality of queue elements submitted by a plurality of users and to indicate a progress of each of the plurality of queue elements, and perform a control function on at least one of the plurality of queue elements responsive to user input, the control function comprising one of stopping, starting, or editing the at least one of the plurality of queue element.
