Method for judgment of cheddar grade based on identification characteristic flavor composition
The present invention discloses a method for judgment of cheddar cheese grade based on identification characteristic flavor compounds, comprising the following steps: selecting cheddar cheese of different grades as standard product, and extracting volatile flavor compounds from the standard product; using gas phase-sniffing device to screen out characteristic flavor compounds with higher flavor intensity from the volatile flavor compounds through aroma extract dilution analysis; proceeding with clustering of characteristic flavor compounds as screened out to obtain identification characteristic flavor compounds of cheddar cheese; measuring the concentration of identification characteristic flavor composition of cheddar cheese of known grade, and establish the training set for training of support vector machine; measuring the concentration of identification characteristic flavor composition of cheddar cheese to be tested, and inputting it into the support vector machine trained to judge the grade of cheddar cheese to be tested. The present invention aims to obtain the model of identification characteristic flavor compounds of cheddar cheese through statistical analysis, which is available for accurate judgment of cheddar cheese quality grade on this basis.

In order to obtain analysis conditions, there is provided a liquid chromatography data processing device which generates, based on data regarding analysis conditions of a chromatography device and data on separation performance, display data that displays a graph showing correspondence of data regarding analysis conditions of the chromatography device and separation performance, generating a first group of biaxial data regarding the above analysis conditions, second group of biaxial data obtained by calculation comprising multiplication and/or division of two data of the first group of biaxial data, and display data according to a graph showing correspondence of the data regarding separation performance, wherein at least each axis of the first group of biaxial data and the second group of biaxial data is represented as a logarithmic axis.
DISPLAY METHOD, ANALYSIS METHOD AND PROCESSING APPARATUS IN REGARD TO INFORMATION RELATING TO ANALYSIS, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A processing apparatus for processing information relating an analysis, includes a display controller that causes a display device to display first information, which is information about each substance in regard to the analysis of a sample, and second information which is information about each substance group including a plurality of the different substances in regard to the analysis, wherein the display controller displays the first information and the second information to be switchable to each other or displays the first information such that a display and a non-display of the second information are switchable.
Method for calibrating a gas chromatograph
Method for calibrating a gas chromatograph to render the calibration of the gas chromatograph more error-proof, wherein relative response factors determined during the calibration are compared with universal relative response factors contained in the memory and typical of the detectors, where an error message is generated and output if the relative response factors determined in the calibration deviate beyond a predetermined degree from the universal relative response factors, and where the universal relative response factors are determined and provided for different components by the manufacturer of the detectors, for instance.
Chromatographic Mass Analysis Device and Control Method
In the present invention, an analysis schedule is pre-created such that streams of a plurality of liquid chromatograms can operate in parallel and a mass spectrometer can collect data at the timing of each component elution. A control unit controls so as to: divide the time required to analyze each sample in a plurality of liquid chromatogram systems into pre-collection time, time during collection, and post-collection time; search and allocate time positions in which the time during collection in the liquid chromatogram units do not overlap; determine start times for the plurality of liquid chromatogram units to thereby create an analysis schedule; and thereafter perform analysis. The control unit further stores parameter sets for varying component elution times, adjusts analysis parameters so as to make data collection timings appropriate for creating an analysis schedule, and changes the component elution times.
