Intelligent network for chemical dispensing system
System and method for dispensing product to a washing machine. A chemical dispensing system includes a system controller, machine interface, and pump controller that communicate through serial data buses. The system controller provides a user interface, retrieves washing machine status information from the machine interface, and issues product dispensing commands to the pump controller. The pump controller monitors pump status and dispenses product in response to commands from the system controller. The pump controller: (1) determines pump activation periods based on calibration data stored in a pump controller memory; (2) tracks pump usage and adjusts the activation period to compensate for pump wear as the pump ages; (3) disables the pump if conditions exists that preclude operating the pump; (4) monitors product levels, and (5) reports pump status to the system controller. Integral channels are included in the pump housing to provide stress relief to a squeeze tube.
DISHWASHING MACHINE AND METHOD
The invention relates to a method of automatic dishwashing, comprising: placing soiled wares inside a cleaning volume; providing a first cleaning composition comprising a bleach and a second cleaning composition different from the first composition; and delivering the first composition and the second composition separately to the cleaning volume to contact the soiled wares, wherein: the first composition is delivered to the cleaning volume as a mist and the second composition is delivered to the cleaning volume as a jet; and the first and second compositions are delivered to the cleaning volume at a temperature below 100° C. The invention also relates to a dishwasher and a kit for use in the inventive method.
Method and system for reducing auto-dosing fluctuation of an automatic cleaning machine
A method for reducing auto-dosing fluctuation of a washing machine equipped with an automatic dosing device, by using a liquid detergent with a relatively low high-shear viscosity. A cleaning system including a washing machine equipped with an auto-dosing device, in combination with a liquid detergent characterized by a relative low high-shear viscosity.
Pressure-driven metered mixing dispensing pumps and methods
An example pressure-driven metered mixing dispensing pump includes a housing, a fluid inlet, a piston disposed in the housing at least partially defining first, second and third chambers, the first and second chambers each in fluid communication with the third chamber, the piston to, in response to first fluid entering the first chamber via the fluid inlet, move in a first direction to decrease the volume of the second chamber thereby ejecting second fluid from the second chamber into the third chamber, a spring to move the piston in a second direction to decrease the volume of the first chamber thereby ejecting at least some of the first fluid from the first chamber into the third chamber thereby mixing the at least some of the first fluid and the second fluid to form a mixture, and an outlet to discharge the mixture from the third chamber.
Washer comprising a liquid detergent dosing unit
The present invention relates to a washer (100) comprising a body, a door providing access into the body, a liquid detergent tank (3) enabling liquid detergent to be stored and a detergent dosing unit (1) enabling liquid detergent corresponding to an amount estimated for one washing program to be transferred from the liquid detergent tank (3) into a washer (100) during a cycle.
Chemical product dispensing independent of drive fluid flow rate
A fluid product dispenser is sized to removably receive a product package containing a supply of the fluid product. The product package includes an internally integrated fluid pump, and the dispenser includes a drive unit powered by flow of a fluid. Flow of the fluid powers the drive unit, which in turn drives the pump internal to the product package, resulting in dispensation of the fluid product in a product/fluid ratio that is independent of the fluid flow rate.
WASHING AND RINSING AGENTS DISPENSING DEVICE, PARTICULARLY FOR A DISHWASHER MACHINE
A dispensing device including a support body wherein there are provided first and second dispensers, adjacent one another, for a washing agent and a rinsing agent, respectively; and an electrically-controlled actuator device, coupled to the first dispenser such that when the door is closed a first energisation of the actuator device causes the dispensing of the washing agent, and coupled to the second dispenser through a transmission mechanism predisposed to become enabled to operate after a first energisation of the actuator device after the door is closed, to allow the dispensing of the rinsing agent as a consequence of at least one subsequent energisation of the actuator device. The second dispenser has a main chamber adapted to contain a plurality of doses of rinsing agent and a dosing chamber having a predetermined volume. During displacement obturator between the rest position and the loading position, the main chamber remains permanently uncoupled from the discharge conduit.
Receptacle for supply of a treatment agent
The present invention relates to a receptacle (20) for supply of a treatment agent to a machine (21) for washing, dishing and rinsing goods. The receptacle comprises at least a first inlet (22a) for receiving the treatment agent and at least a second inlet (23) for receiving a liquid. The receptacle further comprises a vessel (24) located at a bottom section of the receptacle, which vessel is arranged to receive the treatment agent and the liquid supplied to the receptacle. Moreover, the receptacle comprises at least a first outlet (25) for supplying the machine with a mixture of the treatment agent and the liquid, said first outlet being in fluid connection with the vessel such that the mixture overflows into the first outlet when the vessel is filled.
DETERGENT DISPENSING APPARATUS AND DISH WASHER
A detergent dispensing apparatus 3 used for a dish washer and a dish washer comprising the detergent dispensing apparatus 3. The detergent dispensing apparatus 3 comprises a liquid storage box, a liquid outlet pump 32 and a pipeline module. The liquid storage box comprises a first half housing and a second half housing, and the first half housing and the second half housing fixedly connect each other in a first direction so as to define a liquid storage cavity used for storing detergent. The liquid outlet pump 32 is configured to suction the detergent from the liquid storage cavity and dispense the detergent to the exterior of the detergent dispensing apparatus 3. The pipeline module comprises a liquid adding channel used for adding the detergent to the liquid storage cavity, a liquid inlet channel used by the liquid outlet pump 32 for extracting the detergent from the liquid storage cavity, and a liquid outlet channel used by the liquid outlet pump 32 for dispensing the detergent. The second half housing defines at least a portion of a pump accommodating space that is used for accommodating the liquid outlet pump.
