Spray assembly and replaceable detergent container for dishwasher
A spray assembly for a dishwasher of the kind wherein utensils are disposed inside a dishwashing chamber and a generally L-shaped spray assembly is rotated to and fro so that a horizontal leg thereof sweeps across a lower surface of the dishwashing chamber and a vertical leg of the spray assembly sweeps across a side wall of the dishwashing chamber. The spray assembly has channels for conveying detergent and hot water and further has multiple nozzles disposed along the horizontal and vertical legs for directing detergent and hot water on to the utensils inside the dishwashing chamber from multiple different directions as the spray assembly rotates. A fluid inlet coupler at an end of the spray assembly is adapted for coupling to a rotatable hub having duct connectors projecting downwardly substantially parallel to an axis of rotation of the hub and fluidly coupled to respective channels of the spray assembly.
Dishwasher appliances and methods for determining wash additive levels
A method of operating a dishwasher appliance, as provided herein, may include detecting a door of the dishwasher appliance in an open position and determining the door is maintained in the open position for a preset minimum continuous period. The method may further include detecting the door in a closed position following the preset minimum continuous period. The method may still further include measuring an additive volume of a wash additive in an additive compartment on the door while the door is in the closed position following the preset minimum continuous period.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REDUCING AUTO-DOSING FLUCTUATION OF AN AUTOMATIC CLEANING MACHINE
A method for reducing auto-dosing fluctuation of a washing machine equipped with an automatic dosing device, by using a liquid detergent with a relatively low high-shear viscosity. A cleaning system including a washing machine equipped with an auto-dosing device, in combination with a liquid detergent characterized by a relative low high-shear viscosity.
AUTOMATIC DETERGENT FEEDING DEVICE AND WASHING APPARATUS
An automatic detergent feeding device includes a liquid storage box, the liquid storage box is provided with a liquid outlet channel, the inside of the liquid outlet channel is provided with an opening and closing valve assembly for opening/closing the liquid outlet channel and an anti-backflow valve assembly for preventing an external liquid from flowing backwards into the liquid storage box, and the anti-backflow valve assembly is arranged at the upstream, corresponding to a liquid outlet direction, of the opening and closing valve assembly. The automatic detergent feeding device is provided with the anti-backflow valve assembly to prevent the external liquid from flowing backwards into the liquid storage box. Therefore, in case of failure of an extraction unit, the anti-backflow valve assembly will close the liquid outlet channel of the liquid storage box to prevent the external liquid from flowing backwards into the liquid storage box to cause water overflow.
Device for dispensing cleaning agents
The disclosure relates to a device for dispensing a cleaning agent into a dishwasher, having a cover element for closing and releasing at least one opening of a store for storing the cleaning agent and/or an operating agent, at least one actuating element being provided which has an actuation path (W) for opening and/or fixing the cover element so that an accidental opening or unlocking is effectively prevented. According to the disclosure this is achieved in that the actuation path (W) is oriented away from the store and transversely to the opening.
A WASHING AGENT DISPENSER FOR DISHWASHING MACHINES
A washing agent dispenser for washing machines has a dispenser body that comprises a fixed dispenser part (200), designed for mounting on a wall delimiting a washing machine wash-chamber (3), and a removable dispenser part, couplable in a removable way to the fixed dispenser part (200). The removable dispenser part comprises a hollow body defining a tank for a substance in liquid or semi-solid form, with a first wall of the hollow body which is intended to face at least partially a second wall of the fixed dispenser part (200).
The dispenser (10) also comprises a sensor device (270), configured to provide an electrical signal representative of at least one of a level and a qualitative characteristic of the substance contained within the at least one tank. The sensor device (270) is arranged at least partly on the fixed dispenser part (200).
WASHING AGENT DISPENSER FOR DISHWASHING MACHINES
A dispenser of washing agents for washing machines has a first tank, to contain a first washing agent, and a first dispensing arrangement, to dispense first dosed amounts of the first washing agent. The first dispensing arrangement comprises a peristaltic pump, which is configured to be driven in a first direction of rotation to cause delivery of the first dosed amounts of the first washing agent. The dispenser comprises a second tank, to contain a second washing agent, and a second dispensing arrangement, to dispense second dosed amounts of the second washing agent. The peristaltic pump has a command arrangement of the second dispensing arrangement, and is configured to be driven in a second direction of rotation, to drive the command arrangement so as to cause dispensing of the second dosed amounts of the second washing agent.
Appliance comprising a water inlet module
An appliance having: a control unit managing the operation of the appliance; at least one hydraulic component actionable for distributing water/treating liquids within the appliance; a plurality of sensors arranged for acquiring information regarding physical parameters associated with the operation of the appliance, and a module managing at least part of the water/treating liquids distribution within the appliance. The module includes the at least one hydraulic component; at least two sensors of the plurality of sensors, and a local control unit managing the operation of the at least one hydraulic component and/or receiving the information acquired by the at least two sensors.
Automatic dishwashing detergent composition
An automatic dishwashing cleaning composition having a new protease.
Bulk detergent dispenser and dishwasher including a bulk detergent dispenser
A dishwashing appliance includes a tub defining a wash chamber for receipt of articles for washing, the tub including a plurality of sidewalls; a door movable between a closed position and an open position, the door comprising an inner panel enclosing the wash chamber when the door is in the closed position; and a dispenser assembly mounted to the inner panel. The dispenser assembly includes a door box including a pump chamber, the pump chamber defining an inlet hole and an outlet hole; a tunnel piece extending from the pump chamber; a bottle removably coupled to the tunnel piece; and a cap connected to the bottle, wherein the cap is configured to receive at least a portion of the tunnel piece therethrough.
