Recyclable auto-dosing container
A recyclable container containing a substrate treatment liquid, configured for fluid connection to a fluid communication system of a substrate treatment machine e.g. washing machine, the storage container comprising: (i) a reservoir containing a multi-dose stock of the substrate treatment liquid; (ii) a container connector which is designed to be removably and fluidly connectable with a machine connector of the substrate treatment machine, said connectors together forming a container-machine connection, such that the substrate treatment liquid can controllably flow from the reservoir via the container-machine connection to said fluid communication system; and (iii) a valve which is movable between an open and a closed position to control the flow of substrate treatment liquid from the storage container, said valve comprising a biasing member such that the valve is biased toward an open or closed position within the housing; and wherein the reservoir, container connector and valve comprise a recyclable plastic and that the biasing member comprises a recyclable plastic having a shore A hardness of 30-95 degrees, preferably 40-90 degrees, more preferably 45-85 degrees.
APPLIANCE COMPRISING A WATER INLET MODULE
An appliance having: a control unit managing the operation of the appliance; at least one hydraulic component actionable for distributing water/treating liquids within the appliance; a plurality of sensors arranged for acquiring information regarding physical parameters associated with the operation of the appliance, and a module managing at least part of the water/treating liquids distribution within the appliance. The module includes the at least one hydraulic component; at least two sensors of the plurality of sensors, and a local control unit managing the operation of the at least one hydraulic component and/or receiving the information acquired by the at least two sensors.
DISHWASHER APPLIANCE AND VIEWABLE CLEANING AGENT ASSEMBLY
A dishwasher appliance and viewable cleaning agent assembly are disclosed herein. The dispensing assembly may include an internal wall, a front cover, a light guide, and a light source. The internal wall may define a storage volume for the receipt of a wash fluid therein. The front cover may selectively cover the storage volume to restrict access thereto. The front cover may be positioned between the storage volume and the wash chamber when the door is in the closed position. The light guide may extend along an axial direction from a forward display surface in front of the storage volume to a rearward contact surface within the storage volume. The light source may be directed through the internal wall toward the rearward contact surface within the storage volume.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING CLEANING AGENTS
The invention relates to a device for dispensing a cleaning agent into a dishwasher, comprising a cover element (3) for closing and releasing at least one opening (5) of a store (4) for storing the cleaning agent and/or an operating agent, at least one actuating element (1) being provided which has an actuation path (W) for opening and/or fixing the cover element (3), wherein an accidental opening or unlocking is effectively prevented. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the actuation path (W) is oriented away from the store (4) and transversely to the opening (5).
Washing and rinsing agents dispensing device, particularly for a dishwasher machine
A dispensing device including a support body wherein there are provided first and second dispensers, adjacent one another, for a washing agent and a rinsing agent, respectively; and an electrically-controlled actuator device, coupled to the first dispenser such that when the door is closed a first energization of the actuator device causes the dispensing of the washing agent, and coupled to the second dispenser through a transmission mechanism predisposed to become enabled to operate after a first energization of the actuator device after the door is closed, to allow the dispensing of the rinsing agent as a consequence of at least one subsequent energization of the actuator device. The second dispenser has a main chamber adapted to contain a plurality of doses of rinsing agent and a dosing chamber having a predetermined volume. During displacement obturator between the rest position and the loading position, the main chamber remains permanently uncoupled from the discharge conduit.
CONVEYOR DISHWASHER
A conveyor dishwasher includes at least one wash zone and at least one final rinse zone, wherein the at least one wash zone is designed to spray wash liquid, wherein the wash liquid is, at least proportionally, liquid which has already been used for final rinsing in the at least one final rinse zone and to which a wash chemical is added in a metered manner or is fresh water to which a wash chemical is added in a metered manner, wherein the conveyor dishwasher has a metering pump for adding the wash chemical in a metered manner to the liquid to be sprayed in the at least one wash zone, and wherein a controller is associated with the conveyor dishwasher in order to actuate the metering pump and a wash pump or final rinse pump of the dishwasher.
Chemical product dispensing independent of drive fluid flow rate
A fluid product dispenser is sized to removably receive a product package containing a supply of the fluid product. The product package includes an internally integrated fluid pump, and the dispenser includes a drive unit powered by flow of a fluid. Flow of the fluid powers the drive unit, which in turn drives the pump internal to the product package, resulting in dispensation of the fluid product in a product/fluid ratio that is independent of the fluid flow rate.
Dosing device for dispensing a washing agent in a washing machine, in particular a dish washing machine
A dosing device includes an electrically controlled valve device driven at each operating cycle of the machine with a first short pulse for the actuation of another function and then with a subsequent second long pulse to put the dosing chamber in communication with the main chamber and then causing the dispensing of a dose of washing agent from the dosing chamber to the washing chamber. The valve device controls the communication between the intermediate chamber and the dosing chamber whereby the first impulse is able to put the intermediate chamber in communication with the dosing chamber for a short time, causing a partial discharge of the air bubble from the intermediate chamber to the dosing chamber and a corresponding increase in the amount of washing agent contained in the intermediate chamber, and the second impulse is adapted to put the intermediate chamber in communication with the dosing chamber for a longer time, adapted to allow the storage of a dose of washing agent in the dosing chamber and, after exhausting the second impulse, the dispensing of the dose of washing agent stored in the dosing chamber.
DISH WASHER
A dish washer minimizes a possibility of deviation in a detergent supply amount regardless of a change in power supplied to an electric motor by controlling the detergent supply amount based on the number of revolutions of a roller of a detergent pump. The dish washer includes a tub and a detergent supply. The detergent supply includes a container configured to store detergent and a detergent pump configured to supply the detergent in the container to the tub. The detergent pump includes a tube that guides the detergent discharged from the container to the washing space, a roller that pressurizes the tube and revolves about a revolution axis to thereby cause the detergent inside the tube to flow, a pump motor configured to generate driving force to revolve the roller about the revolution axis, and a roller sensor configured to sense a location of the roller.
DISH WASHER
A dish washer senses an amount of change in a level of a detergent via a floater that moves in a vertical direction based on the level of the detergent and a detergent level sensor that senses a location in the vertical direction of the floater, and effectively identifies a viscosity of the detergent stored in a detergent supply based on the amount of change in the level to simplify a structure, improve space utilization, and reduce a manufacturing cost by eliminating a separate electrode sensor or level sensor to identify the viscosity of the detergent.
