A dishwasher or silverware basket, as provided herein, may include a unitary first base wall, first sidewall, second base wall, second sidewall, transverse rail, and handle. The first base wall may be disposed at a bottom container end. The first sidewall may extend vertically from the first base wall and define a first container volume with the first base wall. The second base wall may be disposed at the bottom container end and transversely spaced apart from the first base wall. The second sidewall may extend vertically from the second base wall and define a second container volume with the second base wall. The transverse rail may extend from the first sidewall to the second sidewall The handle may extend between the container volumes and have a first transverse edge proximal to the first container volume and a second transverse edge proximal to the second container volume.

A dishwasher includes a storage part in which a washing target is stored. The storage part includes a base formed by crossing a plurality of horizontal bars and a plurality of vertical bars, a supporter portion coupled to the base and having a hollow formed therein, and a holder portion secured to the supporter portion and configured to be rotatable with respect to the supporter portion. A dishwasher appliance can include a basket configured for receipt of articles for washing and a camera assembly mounted within the wash chamber with a view of a rack assembly. A controller is operably coupled with the camera assembly and may be configured for obtaining an image of the rack assembly positioned in the wash chamber, determining whether the basket is positioned in the rack assembly, and adjusting at least one operating parameter of the dishwashing appliance based on whether the basket is positioned in the rack assembly.

The dishwasher has a first rack and first and second guide rails supporting the first rack in the washing chamber. Provided herein are cutlery racks, dishwashers, and associated methods for manufacturing and cleaning with the same. The dishwasher may include a cutlery rack having a first engaging portion, a second engaging portion, and a shelf. The first and second engaging portions may be respectively slidably attached to a first wall and a second wall of a dishwasher rack. The shelf may extend between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, may slide in a longitudinal direction with respect to the first wall and the second wall, and may pivot with respect to the dishwasher rack between a working position and a stowed position. In the working position, a receiving surface of the shelf may align with the longitudinal direction, and in the stowed position, the receiving surface shelf may be pivoted out of alignment with the longitudinal direction and positioned adjacent ends of the first and second walls.

Proposed is ultrasonic spoon washing apparatus and method, which use ultrasonic waves generated by one or more ultrasonic oscillators provided on a vertical side wall of polygonal surfaces of a wash tub, so that spoons contained in a spoon support part rotating forward/in reverse may very efficiently and conveniently be washed while the number of revolutions changes for each washing stage, the apparatus including: a frame body; the wash tub mounted inside the frame body; one or more ultrasonic oscillators provided on an outer side of the vertical side wall; a forward/reverse rotation support part including a support shaft and a rotation support pipe; a spoon support part including a holder and a spoon accommodation container; a rinsing water supply part configured to spray the rinsing water together with a rinsing aid; and a wastewater and foreign material discharge part configured to discharge, to the outside, wastewater and foreign materials.

A dish washer includes: a main body; a tub positioned in the inside of the main body, wherein an object that is to be washed is washed in the tub; and an accommodating container positioned in the inside of the tub and accommodating the object that is to be washed, wherein the accommodating container includes: a frame forming an accommodating space in which the object that is to be washed is accommodated; and a shaft rotatably supporting a roller configured to move the accommodating container, wherein both ends of the shaft are supported on the frame.
